Becasue now they have 100% income so they should bet AA unit like any other faction.
With reduced income to was too punishing to spend 55F just to counter planes. Right now it belongs to the past.
Sure, it's not the only faction with free stuff, but other factions have something free, something to pay for, while OKW has everything free.
Free nades (pineapples, molos, brits nades), free schreck (piats and zooks upgrade, soviets  ) free repairs (closest is industry station for 50ammo) free AA, free medics (all other factions have to pay for it) no side upgrade for AI upgrades.
Sure, USF have free officers, but it's like free zooks cpt/ltn and free retreat point but they still have to pay for tons of other things (which is good).
One more time. With 100% income, there isnt a single reason to get free AA.
Fine, then let's allow OKW build caches also. Because they still don't have the ability to boost their resources like any other faction has. So if you want to bring them in line with the others, then they should have access to caches too, right? |

Be honest to yourself,do you really think that OKW needs all those free stuff just because they have no proper Off-map abilities ? If you ask me,definitely not.
IMO i am fine with medics,repair and area denial HQ(although it penetrates too often against any kind of tank/vehicle) but free-no-skill AA is just stupid.

If I am to be honest with myself, I firstly do not get why the penalties were removed. The OKW new face is nowhere near I thought it should be.
The OKW initial concept was in the right direction, this is my sincere though, and it needed just a little twitch (there were units that overperformed like Obers for instance) and not the nerf hammers it received since then. |

This is getting out of control.
The "free" AA has been there from Stoneage and now some people are thinking is wrong. T4 does not run anywhere, is there exposed to indirect fire, and it is not as efficient as a mobile AA. It has its downsides and it pays for its advantages.
Like stated above, OKW is not the single faction with "free" features, everybody knows it.
