Same reason they gave volks incendiary nades you know cause they cant deal with garrisons with the best super fighting starting unit in the game and kubels, that also repairs KTs to full health or a badly hurt flak uber commando truck in 10 seconds. |

Either they cost too much or they need to be better, considering it cost fuel to unlock them. They should be more like PG grenades. I mean against high level players they easily move and avoid them. Yeah they can be great at killing weapons teams, and small house garrisons that are destroyed in one grenade. However most arent gonna put mgs teams in weak houses and usually it takes multiple grenades to wipe the wep team in the house. Infantry in houses just jump out then jump back in and laugh at you, you can try throwing at the door trick but most have multiple doors. I dunno seems like obers and PG aoe is fn huge and the timer is shorter or something cause i can move as far away from one of there grenades and still get wiped, USF one move just a hair away no dmg.
Which also makes me think of another point on how much USF has the worst garrison capabilities of any faction.

It does need a cost reduction or needs to be more effective for its cost. IMO this ability should be really good because of the doctrine it comes in. Airborne is based around mostly all infantry and a few support weps. So this makes sense to be their even up the odds if you will against the heavier axis armor.
It also seems like crap because ost CAS is VASTLY over preforming, we all know the area is too large and the planes follow out of the circle, do not miss AND can crit and engine dmg vehicles ensuring the seconds pass takes them out. Its almost a guaranteed thats it will wipe any retreating wounded tanks. Especially broken against americans and comes in great doctrines, Unlike airborne where you putting most your eggs in the basket of having strong AI but weak AT abilitys. If in any doctrine a call in like this should preform well in airborne. Not to mention how much munitions cost when your infantry will be relying on the munitions more so than other doctrines. |
Most effective 2v2 ost strat currently. Brumbar rush with double paks protecting it. Most effective against usf and soviets because it counters its own counters AT guns and its front armor is so good it can somewhat ignore jacksons and su85s (this is why you follow it around with double paks) Least effective against brits because the 6er is a much better at gun but still vulnerable to brumbar, but because the firefly is really effective at warding the brumbar off. |

Your whole rant is pointless as this is wrong. If you refer to the ability in the Command Panther Commander, it costs 60 mun and lasts for about 15 seconds guessed.
OKW is already a mun starved faction so EITHER your enemies get a lot of vision which costs 60 mun for about 15 - 20 seconds OR they get other upgrades such as InfraSTGs for their Obers or StG44 for their Volks or a Shreck on their Sturms.
I had a game yesterday as OKW where I had to scrap up all my mun in order to have vision every 5-10 minutes because I was simply starving while still holding one mun point the whole game.
The whole thread simply looks like some CPanther OKW player has bashed you yesterday (could have been me ) and you're just salty. There are Doctrines/Commanders that are way more OP if you have a lot of mun. And the artillery flare is IMO not the worst.
Summary: Play other factions as well in order to notice what is OP and how to counter it.

All recon pass cannot be shot down by AA, same goes to the arty flare . Its mean both ability have no counter-play.
But all air recon can reveal camouflage units. Flare cannot . rcon planes vision is limited with a short time to deploy call ins, arty flares cheap and last forever for call ins, you cant even reaarange your shit it last so long, im tellin ya man its kinda broken cmd panther gives vision anyway wtf? |
