I wouldnt care if they buffed the mg34 dmg a bit, i think the rakt is fine tho i know its not a regular at gun but its spammable t0 camo can retreat its simply not a bad unit in consideration of it being used against allies its really pretty effective. Edit: of course this would take adjustments on tech cost and unit cost with testing Edit 2: it would also make sense as you dont get locked out from having lets say anti air late game because you went captain, as no one back techs I might have back teched twice ever to actually get the AA HT but thats when CAS was fackin insane. On topic: only issue I take wth usf really is how stupid their teching system is. You either get all the suppression tools and no real at or all the real at and no suppression tools and an rng popcap sink (pack howie). That and maybe lacking in the garrison clearing department despite being a super aggressive faction. I’m always in awe when I play the vanilla factions and I can just grab a flamer and start roasting garrisons so easily or just huck lava nades about with okw. That being said ost doesn’t need to be any more vulnerable to usf. Best thing about the mortar pit is the rare times NOW that it actually wipes a squad and the voice over where it says something like “raise the flag!” Theres another voice over line too if it wipes a unit. It also comes with blitz. A snare, high damage output, speedy mode (even if it's relative) and magic vision is a recipe for abuse. The FF seems to mostly be designed to be defensive AT which might explain the Cromwell higher than cost pen. Unululumulumu (just kidding) quit calling timed disables a snare its not the same thing, i dont call paks stun shot a snare, guards dont snare either, a snare is what all axis call in infantry conviently have even though they are suppose to be specialized ai/ambush units that carry faust in their back pcokets and permantley wound a vehicle until it is repaired.
