Thread: SBP Change Notes17 May 2018, 17:45 PM Dumb they took out the change of okw having to build a truck to use flame nades. Just retarded being able to have the best garrison clearer deniers in the game at the very start. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Would You Change How USF Techs?:15 May 2018, 18:46 PM Jump back to quoted post15 May 2018, 18:42 PMShadowLinkX37 If you make USF tech more linear and friendly, they'd have to either nerf the power of the 50cal and m1, or buff the OKW counterparts. I wouldnt care if they buffed the mg34 dmg a bit, i think the rakt is fine tho i know its not a regular at gun but its spammable t0 camo can retreat its simply not a bad unit in consideration of it being used against allies its really pretty effective. I have thought about that and I agree, IDk that the m1 would really be a big deal mostly the .50cal would prolly have to be nerfed a bit In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Would You Change How USF Techs?:15 May 2018, 18:39 PM Jump back to quoted post15 May 2018, 18:36 PMRocket Make them an all tech army IE you must tech both lieut and capt before t4. Lieut and capt dont come for free but can still be built from said building. Move at gun to lieut and aa HT to captain. Adjust cost and timing (reg sherman should arrive faster that p4 esp okw p4 if no fuel was spent on light vehicles only bars/zook upgrade because every know that is a MUST upgrade. This would allow for USF to get out .50cal and at gun faster, as well as save you some mp to be able to afford .cal at guns pathfinders aibrone ranger etc by not have the captain or lieut take up an ifantry spot IF you dont want them to. Edit: of course this would take adjustments on tech cost and unit cost with testing Edit 2: it would also make sense as you dont get locked out from having lets say anti air late game because you went captain, as no one back techs I might have back teched twice ever to actually get the AA HT but thats when CAS was fackin insane. I asked you what you get with other faction for the price from a bofors...one thing you could buy: a 222. You was the guy which tried to make a comparison 12 May 2018, 14:08 PM #30 avatar of ullumulu Offline Unknown SteamID unknown Posts: 980 jump backJump back to quoted post11 May 2018, 19:21 PMRocket Bofors is expensive cost fuel and cant move is why and centuar and ostwind are more expensive with decent armor but thats why flak wagon and usf aa should preform just as well as they are easier to kill and just having AA is one thing to where all factions have to be equally effective at what i said above lel...bofors cost the same like a 222. and can deal with armys, have great wiping vs infnatery, can very good dmg tanks, have a barrage to counter indirect fire units and pin infantery....anyway...if u thnik 30 fuel is expansive...than tell me what other faction get for 30fuel. tell me pls and this unit must be better that the bofors...to remind u what you said above In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Why must USF be so hard to play/suck so hard?14 May 2018, 10:27 AM Jump back to quoted post14 May 2018, 05:33 AMLoopDloop Offtopic but frankly mortar pit should be reworked IMO. It makes axis players rage and it hamstrings Brit players who don’t want to use emplacements. If nobody likes it why is it still a thing? On topic: only issue I take wth usf really is how stupid their teching system is. You either get all the suppression tools and no real at or all the real at and no suppression tools and an rng popcap sink (pack howie). That and maybe lacking in the garrison clearing department despite being a super aggressive faction. I’m always in awe when I play the vanilla factions and I can just grab a flamer and start roasting garrisons so easily or just huck lava nades about with okw. That being said ost doesn’t need to be any more vulnerable to usf. Best thing about the mortar pit is the rare times NOW that it actually wipes a squad and the voice over where it says something like “raise the flag!” Theres another voice over line too if it wipes a unit. Hilarious. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Firefly need to be cheaper12 May 2018, 22:37 PM Jump back to quoted post12 May 2018, 20:55 PMthedarkarmadillo Weither people are using it atm or not hammer tracking could easily turn the FF OP with a shorter reload. It also comes with blitz. A snare, high damage output, speedy mode (even if it's relative) and magic vision is a recipe for abuse. The FF seems to mostly be designed to be defensive AT which might explain the Cromwell higher than cost pen. Unululumulumu (just kidding) quit calling timed disables a snare its not the same thing, i dont call paks stun shot a snare, guards dont snare either, a snare is what all axis call in infantry conviently have even though they are suppose to be specialized ai/ambush units that carry faust in their back pcokets and permantley wound a vehicle until it is repaired.
