Ez8 is bull shit so slow both call in shermans ez8 and 76 should be as fast as the panther hands down, ez8 ahould be one tick faster,ez8 still loses hands down easily panther can deal with 2 at once , plus the blutz and the forgive me smoke for bad players immediate attack ground dosent always

Ez8 should be as fast as the other Shermans. But no Sherman should be as fast as a Panther, because 1/3 of the Panther's high cost is it's speed (the other thirds are armor/HP and penetration).

I think the call in shermans need to be faster (ez8, and 76) Increased speed would help them out a lot to do what they need to do and flank and run around the map in unexpected spots. They are just too feking slow and that makes the easy prey for panthers. for instance a snared panther can reverse faster than allied at infantry can chase it down (assuming the panther didnt drive directly into the allied at infantry). But ez8 and 76 cant so snare means death almost every time.
Better example allied AT inf at near max range of snared panther cant chase it down to kill it, snared sherman at near max range of shrek at can chase it down and kill it.
Increased speed would help them flank heavys better as well as they would have less time to start reversing and just backing there azz against a wall and tanking the damage until AT inf at guns hose the shermans.
shermans pathing together is also a feking nightmare death circle spins, im pretty sure they were intended to be used in packs or whats the point of radio net.

Why the fek is the ez8 so slow??? and why are none of the shermans allowed to be as fast as a panther or god forbid faster considering blitz and other things. I understand they are cheaper, but they also have way less armor and hp.

In my experience unless you are extremely aggressive this unit rarely comes on time. I find that it comes a bit to late for a unit that is not really fantastic without huge MU spending.
I suggest that it becomes a 0 CP unit that is locked behind one building upgrade (the upgrade that you get AFTER unlocking the building) or LT + CPT. This way it would come around the same time as other USF light vehicles which IMO are around the same power level.
EDIT: to clarify I think it should unlock whether you go LT or CPT, when you get the tech that lets you research major
Use rcon all the time probably my favirote USF commander and I NEVER get greyhound. Its only effective using money shots and can never afford to waste munitions with that commander because for one it cost munitions for airborne and pake howie which is a MUST imo for that commander. Plus upgrading rifles pathfinders with bars and another 120 to upgrade the airborne squad. Plus needing munitions for the late game cluster bomb drops.
Greyhound just sucks it needs way better AI with out munitions shots and comes far too late. |

Although they wouldnt have snares so you could medium pack them again and run over some of them as well as pushing models away from the tank stops them from being able to fire as it messes with the animations. Which wouldnt be terrible most mediums useless other than 1v1 because of heavy snares. |

Kinda difficult to tell exactly what range “medium” range is dosent matter anyway you do that then you just bring back sturms rolling usf over at the start most likely. When plenty still capable of doing that anyway just not nearly as easy for them as it use to be. Dosent change fact volks still beat them cover to cover usually with out smoke or some kind of tactic to get rifles in medium close range with out blind sighting them behind houses fences etc which is fine they are suppose to win at long tange. Still no reason why to change it back to a guaranteed sturm win at first engagement. If you didnt think it was wrong that my first rifles are in green cover and sturms just run up into green cover on the other side and win then your “nuts!” |
Limit all rocket arty to only one at a time but with no cooldown Stops all the crap. While your at it limit heavy arty lefh and ml20 to 1 per player. maybe exclude soviet big gun because it can used as a direct fire weapon (big pak, 17pdr) And is an rng cannon at long range, would help balance out 4v4 and have little effect in 1v1 and stops the bullshit of deleting units and team weapons unless rocket arty is used aggressively at close range at risk.
Edit No cool down as far as if you lose it you can immediately build a new one or call one in. |
