But hey, if Relic/Sega clowns want to sell humanity out for a quick buck. Go for it. Go join the EMPIRE/corporate oligarchy. This is me; I can't wait to see the ethnically heterogenous Panzergrenadiers (to more accurately reflect the world we live in today) to ride into battle on their carbon-neutral electric powered half-track. But even better yet, I'm waiting with bated breath to see the campaign's critic of the patriarchy and capitalism by the female protagonist. But all in all, my favorite part will be the mission where the italian citizens who refuse to get vaccinated get the bubonic plague and polio and you have to fight the mission with half as much manpower because everyone is dying of the plague (and polio) thanks to them. Truly it will be a storyline to be remembered for generations. In: COH3 Central

Yes, those two systems made sense. What made less sense was that veterancy made units more resistant to damage. With tanks, you might be able to argue that the tank crew is better at aiming at weak spots in enemy armor. As for damage resistance? What, the tank is somehow stronger on the inside? XD I think the current system is better because it's a move more towards a proper arcade experience instead of the original hybrid realism/arcade design. The CoH2 engine doesn't lend itself well to realism imo lol. Just see any "realism" mods. Like Kreigspiel etc. Lackluster as heck. In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: Katyusha “Creeping Barrage” vs. Stuka zu Fuß Barrage18 Nov 2022, 10:02 AM To be completely honest, I don't use the Creeping Barrage ability too terribly often, but when I use it like I would a Stuka (I.E. line up the first rockets with a teamweapon, following it's retreat path) I find that the Katyusha is actually pretty effective in wiping squads. I personally would say the Katyusha's C.B. is comparable only in wiping teamweapons on the first strike. The other rockets arrive way quicker from the Stuka so it's way better at wiping multiple MGs, mortars, etc. In: COH2 Balance

JLI also get acc bonus vs cover and amazing acc from 25-35. Both units get maximum 40 range but JLI sniper can’t miss a shot against Soviet units without some type of ability or Guards rifle are behind green cover so it drops to about 94% chance. The only Allied Infantry that has less than 90% chance out of cover to get hit is rangers. Every other short range squad going to at minimum lose 1 model on approach if it has taken any damage and sprint can be used to reposition. The entire design makes no sense. Hold on just a moment. Now you're talking just about the scoped G43 right? That plus the 60% HP crits give me an undersranding of why they pay 60 muni for that sniper XD. Also, total sidenote but on the topic of OKW and weapon upgrades... Obersoldaten used to spawn in with their LMG34 for 400 manpower. Apparently that was OP so now they have to pay for it. Don't CoH3 Stoßtruppen also spawn with an LMG? If so, place bets on how long that will last for. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Any way to access commanders in an old build?16 Nov 2022, 02:21 AM I downloaded an old build (specifically 3.0.0.16337), and then I installed it in my steamapps folder. I can launch it from the steam library and everything works except I can't access any of my skins/commanders etc. I pretty much guessed this would happen for everything I unlocked with supply, but I've payed actual money for some DLC commanders, so I was hoping at least those would show. Am I just S.O.L.? DRM strikes again? Here's a screenshot of the game just because Look at the kubel.. Just as god intended. 5 fuel from the fuel point... god has forsaken us. In: Lobby
