This is not leftist political forum, so we're going to need statistics, facts and at best, a replay and playercard.
Balancing on feels doesn't go a long way.

The rng is the only thing that is wrong with it. I would make it more consistant vs infantry even if the dmg vs infantry has to be lowered. It can get a good rng rolls and murder a clumped up squad, and it can get a terrible roll and do nothing.
Part of that issue is that it has 80 damage rather than the 40 that similar vehicles have. It gets a damage penalty vs infantry to avoid one-shotting them, but it also has a slow reload to prevent it from being too good against vehicles or buildings. So, lower damage and faster reload would be helpful for consistency.

To those radical posters, that will ligth a torch and get a pitchfork: to have above average performance as a whole faction can be considered overperforming if you want to ask plain buffs for no reason.

Maybe the only thing need to be buffed for stuart is its damage engine shot. That ability works almost similiar to the T-34 ramming now.
That is a silly claim. Engine shot does not disable the Stuart.

It kind of does, given where Stuart needs to be to pull it off.
GG if you actually managed to get behind any vehicle without being fausted.

In most situation, using that ability would get the Stuart killed. Stuart do not have any defensive ability like smoke and this ability need be used within 5m. It works like 2 fausts but costs 270mp, 70fuel and 60 muni.

No need to get behind in fact. This ability actually works only within 5m, having nothing to do with direction. So it sucks.

Suggestions:
Load the game
play games
Test in cheat mode
Read ability guide
You will see that the abilities are used differently and have different effects.
As for you theories that flanking vehicles result in being automatically fausted they are simply false.
Have a nice day. BB now.

So now Ram = Point Blank Engine Shot = 2 Fausts.
Ok this is hopeless, moving on.

well, you need to get super-close and spend around 5 seconds aiming and shooting. Doing so even vs panther is kinda ankward. "Hello, can i shoot you in the buttocks pretty please thank you and goodbye?".
P.S. Dang, someone need to picture this
