Wehrmacht - Strategic Reserves - Feedback

a. Stuka Smoke drop:
Cheap recon ability, Smoke would have GREAT synergy with Assgrens and tanks. Stuka smoke drop would also be a unique ability for Ostheer and FITS a a lot better to the aggressive play style of "Strategic reserves".
Seconded. Smoke Pots is a woefully underused ability because Relic stuck the far more boring Panzer Tactician in everything instead.
More Smoke Pots!

Agreed. Smoke pots have a lot of uses:
- Check if there's a countersniper on the field.
- Recon for tech and the location of enemy vehicles.
- Drop artillery if you have good coordination with your teammate.
- Save a retreating unit if dropped preemptively.
- Smoke out mg's.
Another option would be to allow the observation bunker to drop smoke bombs, like the UKF FHQ, for 50~ munitions.

The problem with the bunker is it's an emplacement in a commander themed around mobile fast response. It's the same problem the supply station had.

I know, I personally suggested USF raid tactics earlier.

My preferred options:

OR
2. Reworked Sector Artillery from "Breakthrough".
The commander is lacking a heavy ammo based ability, strong arty fits to "Strategic Reserves" (General Staff providing additional mun reserves for a counter attack), Wehrmacht does not have great off map arty and "Sector Arty" needs a rework for years. Sounds like an promising combo, doesnt it?
I support both of these ideas, great feedback.

@Modteam:
You were incredible responsive so far in the whole process. Maybe you can post here and comment the latest feedback regarding the bunker / alternatives. Thanks you in advance!

Agreed the bunker, doesn't fit at all. Smoke drop, Sector Arty or a build-able 250 HT would all fit the theme of a fire brigade.
Speaking of the 250 HT, I had a suggestion about a Command 250/3 variant with the 223's Radio Antenna but sadly since that's not possible I think just having a special Command 250 that can deploy similiar to the OKW 223 and have radios around it to give it a Radio Relay and Forward Retreat Point ability. While undeployed it would still be able to carry around infantry and have an MG but not when deployed.
Here's a nice pic I found of Guderian in his Command 250/3 for reference as well:
And one of Rommel in Afrika:
And one of the CoH PE Funkwagen "Vampyr":

That way we have something thematically fits and it maintains the intelligence aspect of the the original proposal that's currently stuffed into the bunker.

Or you mean making the 250 like the current bunker: unarmed and ungarrrisonable?

250? Hello Mechanized Assault 2.0.
Or you mean making the 250 like the current bunker: unarmed and ungarrrisonable?
When deployed yes. It also makes more sense for a command vehicle in Mechanized sort of mobile commander more than a bunker.

We will be looking into possibly transferring the Observation Bunker's traits and abilities into a vehicle, based on all you guys' feedback.

OKW 223 + radio relay + foward retreat point ??
forum People have a habit of attaching anything when the word "command" is attached
It's like there's a fantasy about "command."

Widerstreit is your man then.
He already made some deployed states for a Command 250:
And a 251 with the 223's radio antenna:
While not related here's some hull down states he did for the 251 which I found interesting as well:
The one above is basically using the 222's turret with the 20mm autocannon, the one below is using the Pak 40:
Sadly these can only be spawned only while the vehicle is "deployed" so it cannot be made into a ghost and made to move, he used the hull down state to cover up stuff sticking out of the models. It's voodoo and magic trickery as far as I'm concerned of which I understand little lol.

Or replace by anyother ability.....

That's great. Bunker just doesn't really fit thematically and would be kind of easy to destroy.
