Stuka should be placed in T4

Reasons:
1.maxim spam is dead.
2.stuka is the only vehicle without fuel price adjusted after OKW revamped.
3.All rocket artillery vehicle comes from the last tech building or even later CP except stuka.
4.It leaves no room for team weapons like 120, pack howitzer due to resource inflation in team game.

OKW should not be the only exceptional case when all faction suffers from team weapon and static play have to be patient and wait for the final tech or 8 CP above to actually have something to answer for that. It is just as basic as you should not get T34/85 unlock at T3 of Soviet due to the inappropriate time frame of its arrival. That's why the stuka should not be left behind.

Great idea! Now I won't have to spend over 60 fuel just to back tech to Stuka if I went for healing as OKW.

Would be the end of mechenized openings or even the mechanized backtech as p2 and puma aren't great in the lategame and many players especially in teamgames tend to build forward medicbases most for the fast flakhq tech to play with p4s. the early p4 and stuka build could dominate against players which are a bit behind on fuel and would completely shutdown zis-3 play unless you micro them really fast and use the doctrinal cloak to hide them from flares and infantry based scouts at range.

Maybe. But the problem anyway is that there is nothing available to switch.
OKW needs the Jagdpanzer IV and Obersoldaten in T4.

If the stuka goes into the flakhq tier then the obers should be in the mechanized tier even if they don't fit the theme well as the medtruck already had the leig as and manpower only investment which can bleed the opponent or support with smoke. Lmg could be locked behind 2 tiers teched like the forward retreatpoint and we won't see the flak hq ever in 1v1 again.

here was my suggestion for an okw tech reworkthat has the walking stuka in a semi step to 4 so it's not QUITE that late, but not from the first building but reworks the timing for Obers and allows med+much builds as well

Why would someone spend 340mp on a Kar98 squad tho that doesnt have a lmg for a long time?
I think unupgraded Obers are a tiny tiny bit better than unupgraded volks dps wise but they have less utility. So why would someone spend the extra 90mp at that point

ober to tier 1 with lmg locked in tier 4
and infrared halftruck in tier 2

so if u want map hack for ur stuka u need to back tech, and we can now nerf/change the volks as ober will fill their role early game
example, remove stg, buff received accuracy vet and give them mp 40 upgrade from the flame doc, while stg go to flame doc and change it to give 4/5 PG stg
tier 2 cost reduced by 5 fuel cause now it has 1 less unit

Because they can vet up earlier, which when they get that LMG they can already have some strong vet. Plus they have nondoc frag grenades, something OKW lacks.

Team games, OKW need Stuka early or they lose badly. That is all. I would not change it.

Swap with a doctrinal unit, keep it tied to commander like land mattress or priest

Obers would deal with allied infantry just fine without lmg in early game. + it would be a reason to nerf volks a bit so I'm all up for it.

no they already deal 1.5 the damage of green with their kar, they would fill the role of long range dps (something similar to penals)

On the other hand why is the okw the only faction left with such limitations in their tech tree?

If the USF redesign stays, the OKW should simply follow the same route.

To OP:
Why do you want to nerf OKM? I dont understand your reasons. If you want to point out its annoying we all agree about that, but its as annoying as other cheese in the game.

Stukas have one job and they do it pretty well. End of discussion. It doesnt need either a nerf nor a rework. Its not broken then dont fix it.

If you move rocket arty for OKM to T4 its a benefit rather a nerf since P4 is the most important rush in OKM, clearly this way you can choose mobileHQ and the swererHQ into a P4 or a Stuka if the game is team weapons heavy...

1v1 balance between OKM and allied factions is pretty equal, not stable, but equal to a point. There is no viable counter to team weapons for OKM rather than getting a wstuka.
