Although the sample is small I would be interested to see how Penal with 2 vickers do. When I did some test they where doing quite good.

I can do it just for science, but it should not enter in the tier list.

Sappers with 1 Vickers and 2 Brens were added to the list.
Penals with 2 Vickers lost vs Guards, but won vs Rangers with 3 Bars but I won't put in the list.
And by the way Vickers and Brens have the same dps, so whatever.

Not according to Cruzz, Vickers has better stat at long range a bit worse at sort.

In addition bren are limited to 1 for R.E.

Do you mean engineers or heavy engineers?

As for Penals so much for the durability argument if they can beat Ranger one of the most durable squads.

You are right it was reverted. Thanks

The Vicker K though should still be superior to Bren so heavy sapper with 3 Vickers K should superior to 2+1.

tommy_bren_light_machine_gun_mp 4.7/5.6/6.2/6.8
sapper_vickers_k_machine_gun_mp 4.3/5.5/6.7/7.7
the weapon should be around 1.8 more far dps.

Penals are meant to fight at long range and LMGs aren't exactly accessible for them outside of special circumstance.
Rangers, not so much.

If 3 bar rangers were anything more then a factual possibility, they would actually be used this way and I have never seen them used that way outside of vacuum tests.

Actually Penals can fight in most ranges since their weapons are good at all ranges.

The fact remains that according to this test they rank 4 as the long range unit above units like LMG paras.

Your theory that because you have not seen something it is not good, has simply gone out the window, when you insisted that Dshk was crap and needed a buff for years (because no one used it), only to be proven completely wrong when it dominated the meta for several months before they had to nerf it.

Have nice day bb.

....
We're not talking about DSHK, we're talking about 3 bar rangers.

In context of 3 bar rangers what you've just said is steaming pile of bullshit and you are 100% aware of it.

And you are simply trying to derail the thread going about 3 Bar ranges, ignoring that fact that according to this test 3 Bar Ranges are better than LMG paras and 2 Vicker K Penal are better than Rangers, although being allot cheaper than both units.

Now have a nice day.

Interesting test, tho Im not quite sure what it's supposed to tell us?

Some of these units are not made for pure cover engagements (e. g. Jaeger command squad, fusiliers, riflemen) and you arent supposed to fight these powerful cover squads like Obers or JLI in this way, you are supposed to assault and charge these squads

To be fair, Penals with double vickers is just a theory craft squad, since in 1v1 is impossible to be possible LUL

I will test the double Vickers in Sections them to see if there is any difference.

This is a long-range test. Why would you assault in a Long range test?
These units are on the list because they are best in the long range, If they are supposed to assault is up to you to decide.
Even better, this test helps you to decide if you should close in or remain in the long range, or just retreat.

I test the Vickers, did the same thing as Brens, a little better but not much enough to beat the other units in the higher tier.

SU Guard Rifle Infantry are the best Long range unit in game in my opinion. Their 2x PTRS deals 27 damage each upon infantry unit (surprisingly hits frequently compared to Penals PTRS that hardly hits), in addition have upgrade to 2x LMG DP28 to finish off weak guys. Great addition to AI capabilites.

Even better against vehicles too, not only against AI but also AT.

Guard Rifle Infantry is definitely a Blob hardest to counter Long Range especially with vehicles making it the most versatile unit there is.

They do not fit anywhere on a list for long range units, as the G43 is a near/mid range and mobility upgrade.

G43s should be anywhere near Panzerfusiliers or Jaeger Command Squad, MG42 grenadiers have way more DPS at long range.

Rosbone: It is extremely sad that some moron like me could go there and out work everyone there in multiple roles.

Rosbone: So now it has multiple points of failure and relies on asynchronous internet calls. Just the dumbest of the dumb work at Relic. It is clear, they have no concept of what is good or bad.
Last Thursday, 18:02 PM
Rosbone: The old file had player name, position, rank, RelicID, SteamID. Coh3 should have included these and player color. Now it just has player name and IDs. You have to go search for the rest of the data from a Relic server.
Last Thursday, 18:01 PM
Rosbone: In typical Relic fashion, they did something truly great and then f*cked it beyond repair in a fit of retardation. I have not looked deep in Coh3s files but I would imagine it is still broken. They should have expanded the local info, but its Relic so....
Last Thursday, 17:58 PM
Rosbone: @adamírcz Not sure which CELO you are using, but all CELOs pull information from a Relic server. This is because Relic is retarded. All the data neded used to be in a local file, then Relic broke it.
