monthly competitions for stupid things like:
January: 500€ for the fastest win against expert CPU on any map
Feb: most sniper kills in an automatch
March: best casted game (you could do that every month...such cheap marketing)
…..and so on.

Hungary would be a great 3rd faction. Hungary has almost everything to be a full faction:
- armored car: 39M Csába
- light tanks: 38M Toldi
- medium tanks: 40M Turán I / II
from 74 to 84 PzKpfw IV Ausf.F1, Ausf.F2, Ausf.H and Ausf.J
captured T-34-76
- self-propelled guns: Marder II
43.M Zríni
- Anti-aircraft tank: 40M Nimród
- Armored personnel carrier: 43M Lehel, used as an ambulance.
- Heavy Tank: German King Tiger support.
The Hungarians had 44M grenade launchers and anti-tank missiles.
Now there are unique phenomena when old games will receive new DLC and the appearance of a new 3rd axis of the faction would be a great comeback and support for the game.

A basic CoH2 unit stats test for randomly chosen few units from all factions before being able to post a "balance" thread.

Realistically, more frequent but smaller patches.
Every patch doesn't need to re-work a half-dozen docs, rework a faction, change 30 units and adjust 80% of the maps while also taking 4 months to make. A smaller monthly patch that simply adjust a few units or docs would be fine.
