when did company of heroes turn in to a spam fest? mostly we see it with the much loved volkspam, but almost every faction in the game (except soviet ironicly), works best if you simply mostly spam 1 unit.

How can we make it more viabel to stop the spaming? Becuse rigth now it seams to be all about finding that special unit and then spam the crap out of it

CoH1 was the same Kappa find this special unit and spam it. Sometimes there were 2 special units to spam Kappa

the worst spamming is emplacement spam in team games

Don't forget Prostruppen spam to 222 spam, specifically against UKF if they do not goes cancer commander you might as well say gg from the start.

i have been playing this game since its relase and vcoh before that, so no i am not new

And i rember a time when spaming was not the most viabel tactic, but as we all know the morons at relic cant patch the game without breaking it in a new way

There was less spam before wfa becouse grenspam and conspam were only one of all viable tactics. And it still is that way for vanilla factions. All the new factions rely too much on standard infantry as for okw it's the best AT and for ukf and usf its the best AI they have. I guess relic wanted to emphasize infantry play in that design as all vehicles hit the field much earlier before. And it worked well untill they decided to change the timings... Now players fill most of their popcap with one standard infantry unit before they can build any tank and opponent can't punish them for that becouse all he has is also infantry and light vehicles are not powerfull enough for that task.

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3
