Like they aren'nt already easy to just rush headon and wipe... Specially rush because the last model usually tries to retread and needs to be blocked with own models to ensure wipe...

Maybe give Ostheer a bolster infantry upgrade like the one from the UKF trough tech or commander.

Yes. Obviously change the DPS to match the 4 man squad. Survivability is the key they need.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. You cannot make grens a 5-man squad and just spread their current DPS across the members without a pretty big price nerf.
Just as an example, lets look at cons vs. grens. Cons have lower DPS per squad AT EVERY RANGE (this includes close).
Gren (no lmg) DPS per squad (c/f): 23.9504/ 9.0513
Con DPS per squad (c/f): 20.6440/ 5.0720
The only reason cons win at any range is because of the extra HP per squad that they have.
A 5-man gren squad with the same DPS per squad as the current squad could beat cons at any range, making conscripts pointless. This would have even farther reaching implications when you take into account the fact that the extra squad member will allow their lmg to deal even more damage before being forced to retreat.
5-man grens will require a rework of every allied base infantry in the game, as well as a price nerf if it is done in the way discussed here.
