The only improvement i have seen is that you can now switch to windowed mode/alt tab without any freezes or blackscreens.

Seems like coh2 performance has gotten a lot worse and the input delay is bigger aswell.

No problems here..... Do you even use start options? Alt tabbing and making it borderless etc. is in the game since release and really easy to add. I use the following start options:
-nomovies -window -fullwindow -forceactive

I do use start options, and i was saying that alt tabbing or switching to windowed mode with alt + enter now is smoother.

Even sometimes units voice sound 2 times thanks to freezing.
Even clicking on Tactical Map also produces some mini-freeze.
I cant be 100% in a match anymore thanks to this issue the new patch brought.

I honestly don't own a game that crashes as much as COH2. And I own a lot of alpha greenlight games.

PS: Go loot at Relics' streams, they too have frequent 1 sec freezes every now and then.

You can see those freezes in EVERY stream and in replays... in gardening REPLAYS

When will they fix this? It's really insane that even big ass computers got problems with this game. And they're not even fixing it. Good support Relic, Good support...

I have a good computer and I can't play this game in a proper way. Every patch they make worse the perfomance is.

came back after a shortish hiatus (approx. 3,5 weeks). performance is still the same. which is rather good. i usually get a microfreeze once every 4th-5th game, but only like 1-2 secs. input delay is around 0.1 (same as ping to the battle server) secs. so no change there eitherSpecs?

And G-sync causes the game to crash as of the last like, 6 patches. Have to disable it for this game. Which just makes the frame-times even more of a hassle.
Menu framerates and super-lag in the interface is laughable too.

i5 4670 and a 980ti and the game still lives on struggle street. Haven't tested but my intuition is that the frame pacing is much worse than the raw frame rates - my 980ti is theoretically demolishing this game but is still feels not-smooth with some regularity.

Gsync has been working fine for me. Sure it's not a bunk driver install or something?
