T-34/76 - just little fix

i think the t34/76 currently costs too much manpower for the performance. Having a cheap "zerg" tank swarming your enemy should be a legit tactic. Currently, the 734/76 is in a poor spot. You cannot spam that many of them to make a big difference.

This is exactly what I want from the t34/76. I don't really encourage spam, but t34/76s were iconic for being cheap and come in large numbers. Since its now a late game tank this is the perfect opportunity to make it like 260 mp 70 fuel, reduce reload to 5.5. I think that would be great, the russians being able to mass produce t34s should be a legit tactic, but currently they are still too costly. Unlike many other tanks I think the problem can be fixed by simply keep lowering the price until its perfect. I've say no less than 65, but 80 is still too much. 70 just sounds perfect.

Molotovs should be tossed every so often as well and if you upgraded AT Grenades, they throw those as well at nearby tanks. In fact, just make a conscript pop out of the top hatch and have him do conscript things including building of sandbags on the tank and even flare mines for a very weird defense option! :P

With their absolute shit stats, just reduce the fuel cost to 60 and maybe reduce manpower.

Right now, there is no incentive to build them anyways. Everyone goes T3 then call-ins.

Also to note, T34 sucks almost 2x as much as a P4 so theres that balance LOOOL.

I mean yeah its terrible as it should be. But it needs to be a lot cheaper. I'd say performance currently is mostly fine for what a t34/76 should be, just definitely not price.

yes i agree. right now Panthers and KTs can take on multiple t34/76s (unless there is some bad micro involved). Spamming very cheap tanks would/should be a counter to strong, individual units.

Basically the only off-cost vehicles that kind of deserve current situation in relation to that are doctrinal armor locked in tech.

The introduction of Shrek blob doomed T-34/76 for many players. I really liked the fact Relic changed the AT nades/Faust mechanic but the price and performance of Tank is not worth it.

I agree completely that the veterancy requirements should be reduced due to the reduced cost and later appearance on the field.

Brummbar veterancy is ridiculous. It take a lot of kills to level it up.

On the contrary, AT infantry weapons gives too much experience and let infantry level too fast.

Katherine also forgot to mention the post where PQ "fixed" a bug that made the T34 fire faster. #lelic

This was actually one of the patches where the T34 wasn't as shit... but still shit.

Those stats are in comparison to PzIV? If so, please take into account scatter values and accuracy as well, and AoE (which is what kills infantry). Also consider that in most tank engagements both tanks will be moving, therefore include the movement penalty.

The t34 also sits at the top of the tech tree, whereas the Panzer is T3.

But okay, if armour and pen numbers are what you wish to base your balance arguments around exclusively, I suppose you could do that.
