Bring back the SdKfz 221 Scout Car

I don't like the change. For me the cannon upgrade was never obligatory like Relic described it. Obligatory is more like mg for Sherman and Panzer 4, but I don't want them to come with it for a raised cost for that sake since it limits choice on what to spend resources on. I only used the 221 for deterring snipers, scouting and harrasment. It filled those roles sufficiently as it was. Why can't I have that for lower cost? It makes no sense to force upgrades onto the players. It goes against the idea of having more tactical choices for the player rather than less.

Please reverse this change, Relic.

Yeah, I agree. Would love to see the vehicle get a bit more armour and maybe better firepower in exchange for a higher price. Would like to see it perform sort of like the CoH1 Armoured Car.

222 is default, 221 no longer exist, your tank will arrive now 15 seconds later because of 222 minor cost increase for upgrade that 99.99% of us have bought anyway.

one asks give me back 221, another buff 222. This is hilarious. Previously 221/222 was slightly betterc than M3 Thats what it should be.

Let me clarify. I'd like to see the 221/222 get better armour and the autocannon upgrade to return. I'd also like to see the autocannon get buffed. The vehicle's price can be adjusted accordingly.

So you're basically asking for greyhound with better AT and better AI.

i disagree, the 222 is now a fine option for Ostheer early game. That little cost increase could do nothing to deter me from using it
I rather spend the 60 munis on LMG or flamers

I would just like to see the CoH1 armoured car make a return. That unit was pretty well balanced as far as I can remember. It arrived too early (tech cost problem), but the actual unit was fine.

im not sure about that. That unit was buffed recent patch being already decent before the buff.
Cost and time of arrival can be adjusted.
Already 222 >> M3 and 222 >> USF light vehicles, even those arriving later (but i dont know much about USF)

So basically firepower comparable to old KV-8 when you get a pair of them?
No, thank you. PE 222 was ultimate squad wipe on retreat machine.

Technically you can't upgrade a 221 into a 222, they were different vehicles.

The CoH2 Scout Car is a weird amalgamation of both vehicles.

It was the most cancerous unit in COH history after the old TA.

Uncounterable and wiping machine. NO THANKS.

Bring back old 221!!!

The increased armor and stuff it got in the same patch the wehr sniper recieved more health was totally the right thing. I want that 221 back.

Wait for British forces.

Anyway, I like 222 as default now. The only problem is it gets obsolete when the first medium hits the field, but if you use it well you will have a great advantage before that.
