Just like people fighting against Panthers I suppose haha. But in all honesty it will be amusing to see the rage forums that will be coming when Brits are released.

The issue with the Comet is it had no weakness's. Excellent scatter, good AoE, good armor, excellent speed, only slightly less penetration than a Panther. While coming as part of Hammer which once you unlocked you didn't need anymore teching for. The Panther is at least weak to AT guns and infantry, the Comet really didn't have anything you could exploit.

As I said before, the way to fight UKF was to close the game early on with mediums, once the game escalated to the late game you simply couldn't fight off UKF due to their insane commander abilities and plentiful anti-heavy AT.

Artillery, commandos, and double LMG tommies kicked my but every time I tried to Pak wall Brits ;_;

EDIT: Honestly I'm just giving my impressions of how the Alpha was, stuff has probably changed and brits have new weakness's but the one that I always exploited was just using buttloads of cheap replaceable tanks/infantry. Puma's, StuG's, Ostruppen, ect.

What the hell is everyone talking about regarding allies finally having armor on par with axis. Are we forgetting su85, t34/85, IS2?!!? Ez8 is damn good too when grouped together. Allies already have good armor.. But I am a bit excited to see Brits, will prob be OP at first but will still be fun.

the new faction looks so much like the old brits.

The infantry has no good AT, The AT guns are static, the AT strength is found in armor with the best in the tanks. In OF it was the Firefly. Now it's the comet/firefly.

Relic is moving onto commanders, but seem to have forgotten to mention the Vickers HMG and the 6 pounder AT gun...

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3
