Sure, as long as you go to USA first and buy it there via steam.
Or buy a steam gift code, like all the smart people did(including me) during release instead of bitching on the original price.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

If you want to preorder go ahead, but as I stated before I will wait this one out. If the game is good there will be discounts in the future. If the game is broken (as all prior paid for DLC has pointed to) then I will not be caught wasting more money.

Same. I think the key is available a few days before release date so you kinda have to check later manually. They also email you the key on release day, but not necessarily when it becomes available.

Why is the Dollar price still exactly the same as the us price.... We pay 30% more for the same shit.
Regional pricing sucks, but it's usually there due to taxes/tariffs and the like. Not sure how it works with online distribution but I know that physical copies suffer from this, where Activision Australia might have to pay AUD$60 for each copy they distribute whereas Activision US might only pay USD$40 or something.
This was a big thing with GOG recently, as they try to keep one price worldwide, but publishers have a lot of trouble doing this for new games.
Ha, I still remember when Xbox 360 games were $119.99 RRP in Australia... good times...

The keys will be released when the game launches. Not sure if you'll have to check your account for the key or they will be e-mailing them. I was wondering the same thing until i checked my account under the "games" tab and it explained that the key will be revealed once the game is released.

Guys don't panic. It is a great site I have purchased numerous games from them. They are waiting to get the keys from steam. When steam releases them to distributors then you will be emailed and the key will be under your games account information on the website.

while coh2 might be frustrating at times, it's given me 500~ hours of fun, so i think they deserve more than the $50 i gave them at the start
