Maybe you can cancel your preorder, if in 1 month you decide you don't want it? (Just a guess, not sure about how GMG handles this). Someone knows?^^

as i know this sohuld work like, you enter the code, then you are processed to the pay"zone" where you enter your bankcard deteals etc.
So you open that tab in your internet browser for one month...

I think I have 4 month old tabs... somewhere.^^

But what I meant was: You buy it, and maybe you get your money back when you decide you dont want it? (with which you could buy another game on gmg.

Most - but not all - PC games available on GreenManGaming provide you with a CD Key which you register in Steam. You then download and play the game through Steam as you would if you purchased it on Steam. You can find out for sure whether a purchase is a Steam game or not on the game's page. It will tell you any external platform it is hosted on, including Steam, uPlay, or Origin.

CoH2 is a Steamworks game, so all CD keys and products you buy around the internet relating to it will register on Steam. You cannot use GMG credit to buy games on the Steam Store itself, and you cannot use Steam Credit to buy games from GMG.

No it's a specific voucher for Greenmangaming. The code you from GMG will be redeemable on Steam though.

I think the idea of a standalone DLC is great, but I'm not buying anything until I play it, discount be damned. Give us an open beta day or something.

The code must be used to *purchase* through GMG, however the actual game itself will be on Steam as normal.

The voucher might expire then but GMG has 20% off vouchers quite often. If somebody missed this deal they could still most likely get it less than a month from now at equivalent or greater discount.
