KV1 nerfs, When?

It deserves a big nerf in 1 or 2 of the following stats:
- HP.
- Armor.
- Price.
- Pop.
- Rotation speed and acc.
- Speed.
- Penetration (I see a lot of shots penning Panthers frontal armor. Maybe 4 out of 10).
- Limit to max 1 per time.

KV1 is the new meta. This tank is out of control, really really OP.

(Same 7 hits. Longer fix time)
Pop cap 14->16
Hull down getting dmg reduce : 20%->15%
I think KV-1's gun penetration is exactly same as T-34-76(120/100/80) so 14pop can be preserved. But seems like slightly overpowered to patch team :/

In the Commander Revamp Patch is still OP. Doesnt receive significant nerfs.
Replay pls, so we can see its "op" because it actually overperforms, or if its "op" because you throw equal number of P4s at them and make surprised pikachu face when it doesn't work time and time again, which is 90% the case with such elaborated and detailed threads like this one.

3 out of 10 hits penetrate Panther at long range (penetration of T34/76). On the other side 8 out of 10 Panther shells penetrate the KV-1 at long range. What is even better: If you stay between 41 and 50 range with your faster Panther 0 out of 10 KV-1 shells should penetrate the Panther. I wonder which tank will win in KV-1 vs Panther duell...
I really understand why people complain about the matchup KV-1 vs PZIV (wheras PZIV should come out earlier) but Panther? Really?
I prefer T34/85 nevertheless. All allround it is a way better tank than KV-1.

Its main gun might not be the best one, but its still shut downs medium play almost completly with the only counter being early AT gun walling.
It should have had CP requrement long time ago. To at least delay KVs by about a minute or two.

The only thing broken about KV-1 and KV-8 - timing. By no means player should be able to get one at the same time enemy can get its first medium.
I always thought soviet T4 should be split in a T3,5 building and a a T4 tech upgrade. In the building there is the T34/76. It is available before Ostheer can bring out its PZIV (if you don't build a T70). All the other tanks and Katiusha come after the tech upgrade. That way it would really make sense to push for a fast T34/76 (as an alternative to a T3 T70) that would have a time window to get some kills before the first PZIV arrives. If T34/76 would be a little bit more attractive in its timing this alone would delay all other soviet tanks. If that is not enough you would have the option to increase T4 tech upgrade by 10-15 fuel.

I never said that the T-70 is mandatory, i only said you should get out a T34/76 before PZIV if you don't build a T70.
Look at the fuel costs. Ostheer reaches T3 building at 145 fuel if skipping all other buildings and light vehicles.
Soviet gets T4 building at 185 fuel if skipping grenades, light vehicles and second Tier building.
In reality Ostheer will build one building at least and Soviet will go most probably for grenades or for other Tier building. Either way the difference between Ostheer T3 and Soviet T4 is pretty much the difference in fuel between T34/76 and PZIV without building a T70. So there isn't much of a Time Window for T34/76..

I'm pointing out normal builds, specially on 1v1. Avoiding making any light is already a rarity. Teamgames allows for more diverse builds as you can practically skip a lot of things.
Sure, you can say a T1 + T3 + T4 is the fastest route towards a T34 but that's not realistic. The same way in saying that BP 1 + BP2 + T3 is a build (which i've only seen in last years in Ostwind pre nerf era).

Eh? Soviet have mainline muni costs same as everyone else now. They also are the only faction that has to spend munitions on their machinegun for it to suppress....
Soviet don't have a munitions advantage anymore (which previously it was simply not having anything to spend munitions on...)
If anything they, especially at t2 are rather expensive on the munitions now....

How isn't from a practicality point of view?
If you acknowledge a normal build with skipping lights it arrives later due to same fuel cost and difference on mp.
What SU gains in 60 muni, OH gets it with 180mp. And they get a stronger medium tank.
If you account for lights, you can either opt for both to get a FHT vs M5 Quad for similar resources spent. If you have to go for 222/FHT vs T70 it further pushes the argument that the T34 can't arrive faster than the PIV.
Can we go back to the KV1, which is already justified in getting nerfs in preview patch?
