- Make the ability only for Pios and Osttruppen.
- Remove hull-down for Ace and Elefant.
- Make a reset if Squad dies, to fix the bug.

Those heavy tank nerfs will hit Ostheer harder than the other factions.
You can play Soviets without the IS-2, you can play USA without the Pershing (+ that one isn't even affected), but you cripple yourself as Ost if you don't get the Tiger since it replaces Tier 4 entirely.
That wouldn't be so bad if there were Tier 4 buffs impending but a mere 20 armor on the Brummbär and fiddling with the tech cost isn't going to make Ost lategame viable out of the sudden.
The lategame faction will struggle way more in the upcomign patch in the lategame.
All while Brits get (deserved) straight up buffs. Meanwhile Ost can eat shit.
P. S. does this nerf also affect the Tiger Ace or just the regular Tiger?
WOW
Tigers got hit real hard.
IS2 little.
Pershing NOTHING.
WTF
Tiger - All variants
AOE damage from 1/0.25/0.15 to 0.75/0.25/0.15

Panzer Commander removed from the OKW Tiger
Veterancy 2 scatter bonus removed
IS-2
AOE damage from 1/0.35/0.175 to 0.75/0.35/0.175

In any case, a faction relying on a single lategame call-in unit isn't healthy. We'Il have to wait and see if the several smaller changes will be enough to make Ostheer viable again outside of Assgrens and/or Tiger rush.
- Grens become a bit cheaper to reinforce, makes the early and mid game more manageable.
- Going to T4 after T3 is slightly cheaper, while the Panther will be up against weaker heavies (at least in terms of veterancy they'Il have accumulated, in case of the Pershing).
- Puma doesn't require teching, gives Ostheer a back-up tool if they can't get T3 up.
- 7 men Conscript upgrade is slightly weaker, making Soviet lategame less oppressive.
- Some other smaller buffs.
Ostheer has been a balanced and verstatile faction for quite some time, more often than not it's units of other factions that are overperforming instead of Ostheer underperforming. Instead of straight up buffing Ostheer, I'd rather see some adjustments to units, commanders and abilities that are currently lackluster, like the Stug E, Festung Support and Relief Infantry, similar as to what was done with Panzergrenadiers, 251, Mortar counterbarrage, etc.

Slightly cheaper here and there dont matter. They are still more expensive and get poorer vet bonus.
Puma locks out a lot of other ability. It is even worse than 'relying on a single late game call in'.
Relying is incorrect, more like handicapped to use Tigers because late game units simply not efficient.
Explain PERSHING.

We are in the 3rd version of this 'patch'.
It is not coming bud.
Better for players to write in to Sega and update them of some snowflakes are ruining their games for other players!
Power unchecked leads to abuse and corruption.

OKW gets nerfed
Feedback points out the faction is already UP and nerfing its crutch will hurt a lot
1.2 neuters the faction crutch
Meanwhile OKW gets a token buff with the SturmTiger grenade, all while feedback for making Cmd Panther and ST not mutually exclusive with KT, uptuning the UP KT and fixing the Panther’s accuracy get ignored.
Don’t forget to leave the pack howie as is, buff sections and make usf weapon racks cheaper next patch.

This patch goes through, mod team is taking over a commercial game into their own and over writing the license.

This allows people to still use the glider to assault positions while also can become a forward Hq. This could then be implemented into the commando regiment.
[…]
Nevermind, I read this wrong.

hull-down can be countered easy, but it offers some power for Ostheer, if e.g. enemy only spams tank-hunters. One of the main-problems of actual game. While beeing easy counterd by AT-guns.

At least, I am repeat myself, hull-down for Ostheer should be non-doc. That would fix late game for Ostheer. You can simply test it by cheat-mode, get a good enemy and give yourself the ability.

Honestly I wouldn’t mind this. Although to be fair this would mostly be good for the Panther since the StuGG barely has any horizontal depression and the P4 needs mobility.

- Default IS cover bonus
- Advanced cover bonus from the doctrine with Land Matress
- Cover bonus for AT IS after PIAT upgrade.
2. What was the reason to not make Ost Puma call-in with tech requirements, like it was with Command Panzer IV or StuG III Ausf. E?

1. British cover bonuses becoming more and more comlicated. At the same time three of them still have the same text description for UI indicator:
- Default IS cover bonus
- Advanced cover bonus from the doctrine with Land Matress
- Cover bonus for AT IS after PIAT upgrade.
2. What was the reason to not make Ost Puma call-in with tech requirements, like it was with Command Panzer IV or StuG III Ausf. E?
Question should be why is the C.P IV and Stug -E still call-in and not build able from HQ...

No, it shouldn't. Base buildings for default units, not for doctrinal ones.
Thankfully, it is still a rule for majority of the doctrinal units (i didn't count infantry units, but all of them, except panzerfusiliers, are call-ins as well):

Because they don't have quite the same panic factor as the Puma.
But I'd be all up for changing it for consistency, if it also included the Valentine.

Pershing being untouched is indeed weird, or is it because it has a smaller health pool?
Pershing has 960 HP, Tiger 1040 HP. So the difference is one AT-snare. Tiger has slightly more armour but Pershing doesn't face 60 range TDs so I wouldn't call it an advantage.
