STOP! I got two crates at once, and I was all excited, but it turned out to be TWO MORE FACEPLATES. Holy cow, aren't faceplates supposed to be rare or something??? Half my inventory is JUST FACEPLATES. THEY ARENT WORTH ANYTHING. How is it even possible to have so many duplicate faceplates? They don't benefit me at all! I don't care about having a different faceplate per loadout, and its getting ridiculous! All I want is a USF commander! I want Elite Infantry Company or Mechanized Company, but nooooooo. I must have more faceplates. Just... stop giving me crappy faceplates... I really want to play USF, I really do, but I want the better commanders. I am getting REALLY bored after 3 dozen hours or so of grinding and getting more faceplates (That's just USF, btw). Bulletins. Cant I just get USF bulletins?... Those stack... FACEPLATES DONT.
ITS NOT FUNNY RELIC.
Written out of frustration after a game of getting more faceplates. That may not seem like a lot of faceplates, but its the only thing i'm getting compared to the amount of bulletins I have. Why are bulletins so rare for me as well?
Thats why puma and Jagdpanzer outrange most things. Jagdpanzer gets circled too often my ass, use reverse or use your peripheral vision or volks to spot around.
When you don't post anything that pisses people off no one replies to threads I think. These are all excellent suggestions.
RE: barrage templates, I think all of the bombs that drop in a line (the Ostheer fragmentation bomb is a good example) should be aimable. Right now they come from your base territory so you can only use them if the enemy is lined up the correct way, which is silly.
Ostheer smoke bombing (something like that) also needs this BAD. Obviously blocking LoS is directional, so you kind of want to drop smoke horizontally at your enemy to block as much sight as possible, but sometimes it drops it vertically and it fails. (The direction obviously being determined by the location where you and your enemy is located, but lining them up manually is the point)
Flak Emplacement
• Cost changed from 130/25 to 250/10
This will make lw doctrine even more common than it already is.
Not really. Its just a flak emplacement, not a ROFLSTOMP flying teleporting flak building. Its so easy to get rid of and misses and hits the ground half the time; people arent picking Luftwaffe Ground Forces for the Flak.
I managed to kill 4 t34's with my jagdpanzer after the rest of my army got raped. Then i got beaten by a super speedy m4C, but OKW does have strategical counters to the annoying things that wipe half your squad ( and t34's can barely pen jagdpanzer frontal armor)
I kind of wanted a hold fire on the puma... oh well. Flak emplacements now cost a bit more reasonable for having half their shots hit the ground.
There's also a problem with the luchs. Its 20 mm cannon also acts the same way as the flak emplacement. If you park the luchs on a slight slope and tell it to fire something in front of it - it aims its cannon at the sky and hits nothing. Practically most of the time, unless you are right next to your target (and even that overshoots), your shots ALWAYS overshoot.
They're stat identical to an MG42- jacking their individual price up high would be a damn hard sell. Mg42, too, don't need any sort of a research cost- and commander specific unlocks never do.
It'd be pretty unreasonable to force either of those on the M1919.
It still is a bit silly that its a complete replacement of the BAR when it should be supplementary... and doesnt the lmg42 upgrade require battlephase 1? (But that doesnt mean much, anyways). Perhaps only riflemen should wield it as well - to counter its complete replacement of the BAR.
Or slow down the Rifles a bit with M1919? That gun is like 14 KG.
And a PTRS weighs 20 kg, and the guard has a hell of a time trying to shoot it - and the m1919 is perfectly wielded by every American soldier. It should be a lot more clumsy, if thats what you mean.
