The bug applies to all officer squads. Lieutenant and Captain also cost 50 pop per model to reinforce for their officer models.

It would be even better if one did not chose to build either Conscript or Penal but if there was room for both units. An aggressive infantry in synergy with defensive one.

Considering that major is a three man squad, you only pay additional 30 for such mistake. And that is only if major model happens to die. Not that you even have to reinforce major that often becouse it is usually used behind the lines. |
Yes, it may be a good idea to give community a list of maps that are going in something like 2 to 4 weeks before including them, so that the community members, including strategists, have time to play on it and map maker has some time to use that suggestions in new iterations. There is no reason to treat community maps different than community patches. |

Out of the many proposed options, the penals got with one of the most nerfing ones from wbp. Yes, they have ability to scare of vehicles or even shoot back with an upgrade - that is fair and theoretically should open up some soviet doctrines.
At the same time they lost their flamer and got their standard AI nerfed. This generally means that they are still a fairly strong early game units but don't scale too well. They have one upgrade that decreases their general performance and are mid range - not long range unit.
They are build that often becouse generally speaking, even though they scale badly, they scale better than most other soviet units. |
Raise the cost a little, make sure the sound is not bugged, and its perfectly fine.

Out of 8 usf commanders 6 have either an amazing late game artillery callin or powerful late game off map. The ramaining 2 have a late game armour callin. There is really not much to complain about in that regard. |

I think it's possible that they will throw us the 6th faction, but not before it's a few months before coh3 launch. They did something like that with dow3. |
Light gammon bomb needs a little longer timer. Standard gammon bomb and bundle nade are fine IMO, pretty easy to dodge. |
