That's terrifying, but it doesn't sound hard to fix? Worst case scenario, can't they just have the eyes modeled as part of the face instead of separate? Why are they even separate anyway?

They need to be separate in order to animate their movement.
And well, yes they should really look into female animations. Snipers are ok, but its not only partisants, look at soviets medics: these girls are freaks! Sth should be done. Maybe they can bring back other animations too and give as half female army from the early versions. Everybody would love it! |

How about shreks on volks? Volks are cheap and shreks are potent upgrade, very potent. Or double standards again?

COH2 sucks huge time when it comes to balance. Many people would abandon coh2 if another good alike ww2 strategy showed up. Just make a HD remake of vcoh and keep it simply and balanced.

Jeez that's insane. I don't see why the Vickers isn't based off the Soviet Maxim, which was basically a direct copy of the British Maxim, which the Vickers was designed from. Or the STEN off the MP 40 or M3 as the 3 were fairly similar.
Question, does the Rate of Fire actually effect the sound of a weapon? Because the Vickers doesn't actually sound as fast as the MG 42, and the Sten doesn't sound faster than the MG 42. I do notice that tracers and impacts from the Commando are insane. Had one Commando and one Shock Troop shoot at a bullet-proof car from opposite sides, Commando's side was a light show in comparison.
If you have ever watched a battlefield after the end of the replay you may realised that even though the game is stopped it still plays sounds. To be precise it loops the smallest, most atomic sound sample that you should hear in from the place of your camera at a given time. That gives an impression on how the way game reneders sounds - it just calculates correct sounds at a given time and plays them as long as, for example, the gun shoots. So, as a conclusion, the sound is the one of a real MG and has nothing to do with those 3d bullets comming out of the barrel. |
M-42 (light at gun) should rather get better reload, accurancy and AOE so it is good vs small targets and, to some extend, infantry.
As for t-34/76 it is the one and only tank that shouldn't loose its vet 1 ability as only on such a cheap and quite well armoured (compared to t-70 for example) tank it makes sense. Maybe also KV-1 should keep it but all other soviet tanks should have their vet one ability changed to sth else. These are simply tanks tanky enough and with crappy enough gun to turn it off and cap. |

If you think that bulletins are meaningless you never tried to stack them or even buff one unit with 3 different ones. Trust me, it can really do a lot. Things that come to my mind first are cheaper pzshrecks for volks, sight range for soviet snipers, reload for jacksons or p4s and armour for panthers and okw p4s. If you stack these you get a whole new type of unit. Also some of the bulletins work in the way described by OP like ostwind suppress on frontal MG bulletin. The main rule is: stack same bulletin as many times as possible if the change sounds cool or, if you dont have double/triple of usefull bulletins just use different ones that buff same unit. That makes them noticable and usefull. |

hard bot always replaced the real player and it was never a problem. I agree that these bots are now better than before, not only economically but also tactically and bug wise but it shouldnt be a problem as even the expert AI is in fact a really easy opponent compared to multiplayer players. |
