Don't blob, use cover, etc. Ami players got used to making a huge 4-rifle blob and walking around raping everything. Now they have to break up their units to avoid group-suppression and they don't like it. If you think it's bad, try dealing with flamer HT as OKW. You do realize that thing that made kubel OP in the first place, range was completely untouched, which means kubel is the only 'HMG' in game that can spot for itself and work completely self sufficiently against any infantry unit and that includes AT infantry? Gren G43 also outperform BARs for the cost, even if we include for the fact the BARs increase long range dps as well, they are still horribly cost ineffective upgrade. In: COH2 Balance

It's pretty much what is was before, if you are still complaining it's op, you are clearly overdoing it. Umm, no, not really. It got better range. It makes a world of difference. Previously it had same range as infantry and it was the only thing keeping it in check. At this point nothing less then a fuel cost will do justice if they want to keep range. Its the only "hmg" in game that is able to spot for itself and detect flanking infantry at vet1. It looses its relevance once the vehicles hit the field, but until that its god of early game. For example, JT alone isn't op, just pull AT guns and thats it, but with shreck volks and obers you need incomparably more resources to counter it. In: COH2 Gameplay

At 1944-45 where the mutiplayer is set? Not really. They were strong at the beginning of the war where their tanks and infantry tactics simply outclassed everything else at the time. But its completely irrelevant for balance. If a faction is considerably stronger in all game modes without exception, we have a huge balance problem that starts in 1v1 and expands to catastrophically levels at higher games, which the graphs show quite clearly. Basically, you want easy wins even if you can't play, you go for axis 4v4. In: COH2 Balance
