That would mean although you could punish enemies for entering certain areas you also have to micro more in those areas to not hit your own mines, but you could plant a lot of them due to cheapness. You didn't really ever played with them, did you? They already can plant normal mines and wire. In: COH2 Balance

Make that double But on topic: I never ever see partisans. They can be useful on Semoski to spawn behind weapon crews or to cut off the fuel. But that´s pretty much the only thing. Not worth denying yourself T-34/85s and IS-2s for that. It´s kind of like that thread with people complaining about artillery. In the current call in meta not going for anything out of the standard call in tanks is suicide. Just.. watch my replay. They aren't as horrible against Ost, but they are still horribly underpowered. There is no place in game for 4 men squads with no DPS on allied side now that we have OKW and mad full auto weapons everywhere. In: COH2 Balance

Would I play as axis against allies with "out of building infantry" I would have obliterated the guy. These things die like flies, bleed like a whale on period and hit like my fiancée. If partisans are fighting infantry you are using them wrong. Also once they have served their usefulness get them killed so that your conscripts get the mg ect Trust me, I'm not using them wrong. They are good for mining everything up and back capping, but so are CEs and CEs are much more combat effective. Partisans need to be able to stand up on their own, relic should either remove their DPS penalty that doesn't make any sense or make them 6 men squads, so they can take a hit. Right now, they melt in seconds and hit like wet noodles, the only appealing part of partisan doctrine-female partisans, was removed from the game as well, so not much reason to go for them, which is sad, because I love both them and irregulars(and osttruppen, but these guys can actually stand up for their own right now).
