lol, last time my OKW Panther can solo holding 5 T-34 85, I dunno what the hell are you talking about.
T-34 85 can't penetrate panther glacis plate FFS, and vetted Rakentanwerfer rape them very hard, harder than Pak40.
The only Allies tank can fuck up OKW is buffed IS2. USF tanks are trash, at least in the current stat.
are you sure T3485s cant penetrate panther? when T34/85s surround the panther they can easily penetrate the poor rear armor of the panther.T34/85s penetration:140, panther's rear armor: 110 |
I always played as Ostheer army for a long time. In general, when I have only one Pz IV(cost about 300 fuel totaly), the red army's 2 T34-85s will come in just later(cost about 320 fuel I think), sudden powerful medium tanks with strong AI and AT fire just broken the balance, even relic have adjust T34/85s call-in CP to 10,it still was herrible. As OST, you can't go to T4 to counter the T3485s,cuz panther is too expensive now, you need about 400+ fuel to build only one panther, while the call-in T34-85s only need 320fuel. |
today i have played several games as Ostheers, then i found the grenadier's LMG can not be upgraded again when it's fallen. So i played as Soviet , and i found the Guard's DP-28s can be upgraded again when it's fallen. is it a BUG? |
you can order them to throw a molotov before they get pinned, and they will still throw it despite getting pinned in the meantime. This should get fixed imo.

and the soviet industry commander also needs to be nerfed. T70s still come out so early and destroy Ostheer Manpower so quickly. Generally speaking , in this patch, soviet can build a lot of units so early, conscrips, Guards, shock troops, T70s, T34s, SU85, katsusha, seems every key unit of soviet army can come out early than ostheer. ostheer's weapons update also are more expensive than soviet... |
I still disagree that shocks at 1cp is a problem. Guards are 1cp is a bit too early though.
Snipers are the super hard counter to shocks. 40mp drain per pop, yes please. The German sniper fires MUCH faster than the soviet sniper, so it's a even harder counter than Rus sniper vs PGs.
Shocks are very cost effective against non-upgraded grens, yes. But, once you have LMGs on all your grens, shocks completely lose their effectiveness.

Guards are fine at 1cp. They aren't as effective as shocks and can be handled with upgraded grens and mgs. They need to be out before the vehicles to effectively counter them which they sometimes didn't in the old vet.
Shocks are a bit too potent a 1 cp, mostly because they come out before any real counters, which are mostly vehicles. There is no reason to tie guards into the shocks issue. Guards fine right now.
no. Guards also need to be moved back to 2CP. yesterday i played against 1 soviet player with sniper, M3 car, and 2 Guards. My MG42 and grens were shot down by soviet snipers quickly and early Elite Guards troops hard countered my Grens using their powerful grenades. then what can i do ? build a 222 SC ? OMG no... as you know ,2 Guards can kill 222 in 1 sec! Early Elite Guards kill the game balance too as early Elite Shock troops do... |

Sovietfun players just dont want to accept the fact that Shock troops are really an OP unit now. with the cheap smoke grenade and 2.25 armo, ST can easily destroy early Ostheer units and rape them... |
