I actually think the KT is fine. It's a big investment, unlike the other super heavies, and it has to get up close. When focussed, it goes down very fast.
Surely, any OKW player has the possibilty to get one, but that means teching up all three tiers and spending his fuel wisely, meaning he will have to stall as much as possible, which is quite the risk!
Eh, the KT's rear armour is way too much. It's a rolling tombstone if you're a Soviet Player who didn't go for M4C or T-34/85 spam. Even if you get a T-34/76 behind it at point blank, it has a 50% chance to deflect.
And with Flak Trucks, Volksgrenadier Vet / Schreck, and Obersoldaten, OKW are the undefeated experts at stalling for time.
I suppose the sole thought that OKW might be too strong at the moment makes you feel real, physical pain, right?
Can't really see other explanation of why you are in so deep denial that OKW is THE best faction at all stages of the game in all game modes currently and after never ending stream of buffs it might need a nerf now as devs-as per usual-over did it.
I wish you wouldn't blindly attack people like that, Katitof. I don't even play OKW, and personally I find them difficult. I was responding to his whiny "X is impossible to balance, better remove it" attitude.
The Kubelwagen can easily be balanced if they did 2 of the following, reduce the health to 160 and rear armour to 1.5 (Give them back at Vet 3) and/or increase setup time by 50-100%.
I was going to reply to Brachiaraidos, but he's already made up his mind and nothing will ever change that, he'll complain until OKW is scrapped from the game.
Maybe you guys have realized this already, but a good tip for microing your crew repairs is to hit shift and right click after they decrew so that they will get back in as soon as repairs are done. That way you won't forget about them and you know when repairs are done since the unit icon reappears in the top right.
This is what I always do, but you have to wait 1-2 seconds for the "repair" to turn into "recrew", and that time does add up.
I'd rather they stick to the USF statement and make an AT Artillery unit (like a radio car) that gets it's DPS from precision strikes against tanks. As a non-doctrinal unit of course.

I have yet to figure out OKW personally, I try to learn them against the AI but I just end up with a very thin line lacking both troops and vehicles. The biggest hurdle is trying to figure out how I'm supposed to hold territory with Volksgrenadiers. Blegh, for infantry combat, I'd take Conscripts over them any day.
