The US Forces were not ‘advantaged’ with heavy tanks. There is absolutely no equivalent to Tigers, King Tigers, Jagdtigers. This is an intended asymmetrical element that matches history.

Vehicle rotation speed should be increased as well. CoH1's pathing was just as bad, yet people often praise CoH1's pathing in comparison to CoH2. It took me awhile to realise until I compared them, and I noticed CoH1 vehicles rotated much faster, and this is why people going between CoH1 and CoH2 thought CoH1 vehicles pathed better. They didn't, they just turned around faster so mistakes were less noticeable. |
If you argue that the downsides of German vehicles were that they were very likely to breakdown while in combat, or run out of fuel, the answer will be that random engine damage can't happen because "gameplay".
Because having the game decided by whether or not RNG decides to kill your tank is not fun for anyone, there's zero skill or player input involved, and zero counter-play. We want less RNG, not more RNG that decides entire games.

OKW's camping game is off the charts though, no faction camps as good as OKW, not even Brits (Brits didn't have Oberschreck Blobs). This method would just kill any team game with a competent OKW player. |
The xp value of the unit remains the same.
Experience comes from damage done, so if a Tiger II has more health but 50% more damage, that's also 50% more experience to any unit that attacks it. 2 hits on that would be equal to 3 hits on a normal vehicle. |

Whether or not it's mentioned in an official statement or not, the fact of the matter is OKW doesn't get medium tanks under normal circumstances. They get light vehicles, then skip straight to heavies. Yet a doctrine provides them with these Medium tanks that they would otherwise lack.
If USF gets a Heavy Tank Doctrine, I want OKW to get a Full Resource Doctrine. There's no reason one side should be able to 'fill in' their disadvantage and not the other. |

And did they use Flaktruck there? In game we have the most uncommon version of flak (only 12 were made) and I can't find any informations that those flaks were used there.
Doesn't matter, Flaks mounted on Half-Tracks and Trucks were used extensively by Germany in the Ardennes and every other theater. Heavy Tanks were not used by the Americans until we were in Germany. |
