Thread: Firefly is too weak15 May 2021, 17:29 PM Firefly does its job great, she's just muni intensive. Highest dps TD with pretty great accuracy and pen. Supported, nothing mobile breaks Axis armor as consitently as the FF. 80 munis for at minimum 80 damage and a crew schock is so good. I consistently secure kills vs Panthers while when I don't play UKF Panthers never die. The turret rotation buff was a BIG DEAL, because FF pirouetteing was a weird necessary UKF skill. If she makes it to vet 3, the FF 3 shots P4s consitently and 4 shots Panthers. Strap on Command AEC with 2 ff and I've wiped a map clear of axis armor. In: COH2 Balance

And even more so, my tongue did not turn to call the T-34-76 good, this is the worst medium tank of the game. But the T-34 is STUPID cost effective. For 90 fuel you get an AI slaughter machine with some of the best MGs period. Its only problem is craptastic pen, all other Allied mediums get penned consistently. T-34/76s showed up consistently in the Pro scene. The T-34/85 consistently slaps OST P4s and stands up to OKW P4s with even better AI then the /76. Its no good in big team, but no mediums are. The issue is the T-70 does the same job (markedly worse), but shows up way earlier. Its 70 fuel vs 90. Ram is quite good used as a last ditch with its new infinite pen. VERY gnarly. A good Vet 1 would be a faster decap speed for the current capture ability. Crank that up so it can pop cutoffs in a reasonable amount of time. Don't juice cap speed. In: COH2 Balance

I'd personally expand that to all maps, but we wouldn't have many team maps left. too much distance from base results in slow play and a small number of super high impact engagements. Suggested changes: Size reduced to 19 or 20, its a M4A3 with a smaller, lighter turret. Increase Vet RoF to 30% so its actually a 20% increase. maybe move it to the same requirements as Major. Probably too much. EITHER: Power Up Move Vet RoF to Vet 2. Add +30% pen at Vet 3 so it it somehow lives, it can upfight like a 45mm AT gun. That will push long range pen to 182, always penning fresh P4s and consistently penning Vet 2 P4s. If you REALLY want it to kick, add 5 range at Vet 3 so it can shoot Panthers, though its a bit cheap for that. OR Cheap Out Drop pop to 9, reduce MP cost to 270, maybe reduce fuel cost. Increase build speed so it can be reactively built, but DO NOT use as call-in. We don't want any Panic Puma. I should probably verify some TTK numbers vs P4 and Panthers to prove out the exact numbers, but not willing right now. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: UKF BluSonicX Balance Operation10 May 2021, 06:17 AM Im pretty sure rangers are 3 cp, same as mandos. Mandos are great. The engi problem is fixed next patch with recovery engi commanders and massive snare cd reduction. Removing the cover requirement for Vet 1 bonuses would help as well. Vickers needs a higher suppression/dmg ratio, especially vs grens with rifle nades. Or fix the on kill stutter. The AEC needs its upgrade removed to allow somewhat more reactive play, as it needs a LV to fight to get value. The AEC and Bofors upgrades shouldnt exist. In: COH2 Balance
