Thread: Grens changes29 Jun 2020, 08:10 AM You don't need to rely on grens. Mg42 is beast. Sniper is beast. PGs are beasts. Grens just support with very good grenades and snares. Just don't let them take too much damage, the other harder hitting units should be sheilding them. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Top 5 reasons for the good high rank game24 Jun 2020, 21:19 PM Try to imagine your opponents micro load. This is a big game of lulls and intense fighting. Try to hit your enemy with grenades/artillery/flanks etc in one area whe. You know he is busy microing a tank or something somewhere else. Can be as simple as throwing two nades at two targets simultaneously, much much harder to dodge. Or I see top players do waaaay more complicated actions in order to overload their opponents micro. Thread: Mini Patch - June 22 202023 Jun 2020, 22:10 PM The reason it would make sense is because currently once you have upgrade, the more tommies you build the better, each extra squad decreases the shared cost of the upgrade = more for less. But if you had to pay based on number of squads you have, it makes pure spamming more expensive, and a bit more combined arms rewarded. If you felt the initial cost of the upgrade was to much you could just reduce the ammount of manpower you pay. In: COH2 Gameplay

Having an ability that make 4 men and 5 men squad come at the same price is bad design. Both the prices for UKF 4 men and 5 men squad are off. Tommies should just continue to be produced with 4 men after bolster, but can be reinforced up to 5. Would discourage just spamming tommies rather than encourage it. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Idiot snipers22 Jun 2020, 23:06 PM Just a guess, but looks like he tries to go prone to take a shot, but in a depression, so when he gets down, the shot is off. Then he gets stuck in a loop between trying to go prone for shot, then not being able to see enemy. In: COH2 Bugs
Thread: USF on life support22 Jun 2020, 11:57 AM I wouldn't mind seeing smoke back on rifles, makes them feel like they should much higher threat and able to pull large flanking manoeuvres. infantry smoke is rare now from USA and that feels wrong. AT gun or StuG is always better. Some situations its really useful. You can field several PG, giving you great AI power, then lets say enemy has loads of AT, armour is sometimes too overpowered, if they dont have great AI, suddenly shreks become great. Also you can use sprint on the PG to get into close range quickly. Also I like to combine with sprinting Grens for faust. In: Ostheer Strategies

These days I only really play 2v2 random as Ost. Yes it's often painful, if I can manage to claw my rank up around the 500s, it feels better cos you get more competent team mates. But unfortunately I'm currently down below you and there are a lot more rubbish team mates which makes getting back up the ranks harder. In: COH2 Balance
