Notable things i forgot to mention on tome 1:
-Clowncar, specially the sniper variation.
-Skillplanes. Each plane crash tells a story.
-Company of houses and the crit of doom (flamer, explosives and houses collapsing)
-PV spam was real on teamgames. It was countered by OP T34 ram spam.
-Call in spam. T3485s, Tigers, IS2s. Teamgames include ISU152 n Ele.

Summer childs... Let me tell you a story.

Once a upon a time, there was a game called COH2. It had bulletins with increased suppression, bullets made of rubber and infantry units made of mithril once they gained enough knowledge. 2 beasts fight each other for the kingdoms crown. Coming from the east, a crushing fiend called T70. From the west, a fire spewing creature called FHT.

Some months later after the monster were slayed, a dark shadow covered the realm. Legends says it was created by the necromancer who in an intention of covering his pockets with gold, he summoned the dreaded P2W DLC abominations. Smaller minions like FHQ, Assault Grens or Osstruppen quickly lost their powers and were slain once they got further away from his masters grip but the residentsleepers of the country of COH, were not prepared for what it was coming. This was a big "Turning point" for many of us. The demon had 2 independent heads, one called Elite aka Tiger ace and the other one was Soviet industry. 6 dreaded months pass till our hero woke up and manage to cast a spell to banish them from our realm.

For some time we had peace. Well kinda. The kingdoms of ISU and Ele were fighting an eternal battle but at least, no strange creature was roaming around. We had small plagues like Pio spam and suppressing grens, but nothing big in comparison.
When ISU n Elephant finally decided to lowerthe arms, people thought we would enter a period of calm and tranquility. We were far away from the truth, as storm clouds were forming in the horizon. Everything changed when the WFA nations attacked...

The bait quality, its just so low.

Although there's some redeeming point.

fanboy not happy about 70% win rate still want more (btw i dont see the avre nerf too why ?"bb-bb-but avre has less range and damage" still reload faster and more total defense )

Been able to shoot out of FoW, 0 chance to bounce on targets, ±50% increased lethal AoE and having criticals is a world of difference. Been on an arguably weak commander is it's problem, not the unit itself.

The list of nerfs he mentions is over the top. I would improve the commander (specially the panzer commander ability) and slightly nerf the ST on damage and removal/tweak of criticals.

-Nerf damage from 640 to 560, still 1 shotting lesser tanks such as M10
-Either always stunned or replacing main gun destroyed and immobilize with turret lock/jam/temporary main gun disabled/engine damage.

FYI not complaining, just wondering so I can better adapt to it. Which axis artillery is the one that seems to lift up the whole earth in succession for about 10 seconds. Is it one of the zeroing abilities?

OH:
-Close the pocket: this is the one you are probably referring to. If there is any territory affected by a cut off, as long as it stays on that condition, armageddon will rain upon your enemies on those territories.
-Sector artillery: not as strong, but heavy hitting, this ability has the "problem" of only affecting own territories. A proper "get out of my yard" ability.

OKW:
-Assault Artillery (Breakthrough): as long as your objective is near a flag zone, it's a fine ability to use
-105mm Barrage (Scavenge): scales with munition count. Don't expect it to be a doomsday weapon for it cost, but it's really effective as a denial area tool.
-Zeroing artillery: too expensive for what it does. It requires a setup (maintaining LOS) and unless you use it against immobile targets, your opponent have several time to move up (it starts slow but then speeds up)

Indeed. Sometimes a light vehicle makes it out of a busy battlefield by literally a scratch, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes a 5% chance for 8 damage happens, sometimes it doesn't.

Rifle damage is heavily RNG based but if we move to semi and auto, that's a completely different world (a more "reliable" one). We have rear echelons that are as scary as Rifles and any SMG ends ups been "dangerous" cause they can't miss their shots against vehicles.

And people are not accounting for rear armor as well. This makes something trivial as fighting a support weapons crew scary at some points (not even accounting for OKW op crews )
