where to put your monitor cable
I wish I'd had a similar guide before my GF left me... |
Demo charges, especially at their new price, are in a great place. Instead of being cheesy one-click squadwipers, they have tactical uses like blowing up houses, opening up paths, destroying abandoned team weapons and anything else you don't want to exist on the map. And you can still use them to kill stuff if you put them in the proper place and micro carefully. If anything, it's still a bit too easy to get wipes by putting them behind certain garrisons on some maps. |
I've been noticing something similar recently. Not sure if it has to do with the new squad behaviour, the new maps or if it has always been like that. |

Yeah, and G43 did not change.
I must be missing something, because yeah, G43s did not change for grenadier squads. |

And the Soviets became even worse against the Wehrmacht, especially shoock troopers, the new Grenadiers just don't let them in close range.
There have been no changes to the combat performance of either grenadiers or shock troops. |
No, before the patch you could eject from a Jackson with target-vehicle on and when you entered the vehicle target-vehicle was automatically turned on again.
Nope, I am 95% sure it would reset, just like it does now. |
This game would've been much better from the start if all MGs had slightly longer setup times and twice the suppression. Oh well, CoH 3... |
So i mean what falls need to kill a cons without a chances for them, like that doing PGs, but deal more of the total damage on long and mid range.
Now they really better on long range than PG, but they cant kill cons without RNG, at the same time PGs killing cons everytime without losses a more than one model.
I am not saying Falls are fine necessarily, but there are many factors that are not encompassed by a single test like this one, e.g. utility (grenades + faust), camouflage, the fact they paradrop, the fact that mid- and long range units tend to be safer from wipes in general. |
(Hooli that grocer's apostrophe is triggering me).
Grammar ban?
GG WP everyone! Thanks for organizing it! |
• Smoke is trash, it slows the unit and the smoke itself isn't even as big as USF canisters, the churchill takes some time to crawl into the smoke backwards. Churchill is a big and slow tank, it gets even slower in smoke and many players already know about attack ground option. You are better off not using smoke while retreating.
While I agree Churchill smoke is hard (impossible?) to use effectively, it doesn't slow down the tank anymore in DBP. |
