Thread: Ostheer sniper does not auto fire4 Jan 2014, 06:56 AM Not sure if someone already mentioned this, but this bug has been around since the recent patch. Even with a clear line of sight and hold fire off, the osther sniper often would not fire. You have to manually click on the enemy squad for him to fire. I happens relatively often, but I'm not sure the exact causes to repeat it reliably. Multiple friends have had the same issue. In: COH2 Bugs

I had a recent match where I had 2 vet 3 LMG grens and 1 regular vet 3 gren vs 1 vet 2 shock troop and the grens were forced to retreat. They are, in no way, an answer to shocks. The shock troops armor is far too high. Please provide a video of that engagement. I find that extremely hard to believe that 3 squads of grens with higher vet would lose to a single squad. Even 2 LMG grens will beat 1 Shock every time, unless you eat a nade in the face. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Germans are bad3 Jan 2014, 22:55 PM Stugs need a cost decrease. They are almost never worth using. They are QUITE expensive for an AT gun on wheels with no turret and can't hit infantry yet have less HP than a T34. In: COH2 Balance

Snipers could work but they are easy to kill and the russians can merge to keep the reinforcment's cost at 20 mp. As said before, smoke 'nades help against Mg-42s. Conclussion: In the hands of a good player EARLY shocks are almost impossible to counter effectively withouth doctrinal selection In top level 1v1, snipers are next to impossible to kill. I suggest getting LMGs on all your grens instead of rushing to a FHT. LMG grens trade very cost-effectively with Shocks, considering their reinforcement costs differences. In: COH2 Balance

The only problem is that Snipers seem to bug out a lot now and not fire, which is obviously game-breaking. In: COH2 Balance
