The antenna on top of the loadout is weird, it looks like it was pasted and comes from a different picture (when the other countries backgrounds blend together very well on forensics, since they are rendered altogether by the 3d engine of the game, they show no contrast as strong as this one).
Your thoughts ?
Here is a sample of what i just said:
Original Loadout of a high contrast 3D generated background "image" http://i.imgur.com/L64QVsP.jpg
Notice how the flames in the background (despite being contrastful) blend together and are barely noticeable after decryption, this is the work of a 3D engine. Now compare the Japanese screenshots, and look at that antenna, this has been added manually. Masterful work though, i thought i nailed it with the squares of the commanders loadout, but on second analysis, i noticed this was the case for all loadout screens i found on google image.
This is all so unnecessary. The picture was originally posted by /U/hauntedGrass. A known fake leaker who was the same one who posted that fake calvary commander. That's all you need to know to find out it's fake.
It wouldn't have helped. This was caused because they were attempting to fix the vet bug that was found only a couple of days before the patch. Also mods don't change the technical bug stuff, so those patch mods are only good for testing balance
Your question is flawed. No game ever reaches perfect balance, and the community will always consider it unbalanced no matter how balanced it actually gets. It's actually been extremely good lately, especially considering the amount of diversity in the game.
Send your engi to build a little exit in the corner of the map and watch your enemies surprise when your entire army attacks from behind. Would be awesome.
AT guns, tank destroyers, and snares. Same as every other faction.
Japan did have these things. Even if they were in low numbers, but that is irrelevant in this game.
No, its not possible, because its different gardening theater Faillen.
What's theater have to do with it? Throw some sand and palm trees around and BAM, pacific theater! Stop trying to act like having germans fighting next japanese on iwo jima, is a far shot from jacksons and comets rolling around stalingrad.
Let's be honest. The only reason we have OKW instead of italy or japan is because it was easier to reuse all the stuff they didn't use when making whermacht (and some stuff they did use).
Alright guys listen up. Making it unable to be abandoned is IMPOSSIBLE.
It's a crew weapon like an AT gun, not an structure like the bofors. They can't just make it unable to be abondoned, because then it would become pretty invulnerable.
What that means is that all units treat it like an AT gun and aim at the infantry first. There are two issues with that. The first being that the weapon is invulnerable until the infaantry dies, making a weird invulnerabilty loop where neither the gun nor the infantry manning it can die. And even if they got around that then there's the fact that since the all the shells would be aimed at the infantry, they will scatter due to their small size, making it extremely hard to actually hit the gun and attack ground would also have trouble given the small size of the flak itself.
Making the flak into a structure would pretty much entail remaking the unit from the ground up, which is a lot of time and effort to waste that could take months and cause many bugs.
So give up on that ever happening. OPs buff is way more realistic.
Even when buffed and, it would just come too late when it's currently now in T4. Without giving it ridiculous buffs, you couldn't make it worth the cost in T4 IMO.
how is coming out at the same time as p4 and Sherman too late? If it came out any earlier it would be the only medium tank during a time where there is only light vehicles.
