Was it related to 2-men german sniper team? About 2-3 weeks ago I joined a random match and my teammate got a german sniper squad with 2 snipers. I have checked the replay file but nothing else was suspicious such as resource income, etc. He just build it from T1 like a pretty normal sniper.
Could you pls share the replay file?

Using commander abilities is not considered an exploit....
Iknw it's just for the memes... |
As I remember it, “coh online” had really cool bulletin drops as one used the units. Or the units got permanently stronger. Such a great game that was.
Defs not permanently in coh2, i think bulletins should be promoting something that improves the quality of play yet not 'spammable' at the same time. So the only way you achieve this is by implementing trade-offs.
Say, you have a bulletin that increases the durability of unit 'X' but only if it comes at the cost of weapon/ability reload/cooldown rate. This brings more depth and uniqueness to someone's gameplay by making the player face the consequence of want such a boost.

+10 percent veterancy bulletins, yikes
I dont think thats bad cuz it means that player would most likely go for the unit with 10% vet buff so it gives the opponent some intel to prepare for. |
Or leave them as it is, because they pose no issue and its pointless to waste time on something so small.
I think they could give more uniquness to a player's gameplay style |
A weeks ago, i posted about bulletins and why they should be revamped. After many people inputs, i realised it wasnt practical to revamp the entire bulletin in coh2 since there are soo many.
So, here is an alternative and more practical solution, to make them have actual impact and influence gamestyle,
- Remove all or mostly all the current bulletins cuz they have little to no impact,
- Have a max of 5~10 bulletins per faction that will make an impact.

This, except idk if it would work in CoH2 because of the complete lack of economy.
It would, all it takes are big maps with more resource points. Also, minor tweaks to game balance from the current state.
Since coh2 economy is very dynamic, it will be more fun and chaos. A good mix i would say... |
I would love to try it.
Sounds like fun.
And if you cannot agree on a build order you put a third man in charge to only build units. Then you have lovely cooperation or a lovely blame-game. Whatever.
sounds like fun!
There will be push-to-talk for sure so you could convince the tema m8 or come to an agreement. Like I said dont imagine the balance of units would be the same in this mode, they will have to be tweaked so that even if you are playing with randoms, you will have a good game. |
The fact is that players expect the same gameplay as in the previous parts, and as a fan of the Company of Heroes, I would like to see the same gameplay and mechanics. The World in Conflict already exists, and its fans(which I am also) would also like a new part with the same mechanics. The only problem is that Ubsoft, the copyright holder of the game, has become a lazy and mediocre company, giving their games a single template and whether they are ready to create a new magnificent World in Conflict 2.
Hope they will do something. They did make anno 1800 which is pretty good. |
This game is called World in Conflict. A great game, both campaign and multiplayer, where each player plays his own type of troops.
but it is a old gal and a dead playerbase, this is ww2 setting with a already great gameplay of coh2. |
