Hey sturmpanther!
This guy "Lucky 13" has been dropping out of games for no reason. Personally, I got matched with him twice and he dropped out both the times without any logical reason, first we were winning and the second he just dropped out at the start. When I looked at his player profile, he has been dropping out for the last 10+ GAMES lol.
He deserves a ban I think. Please look into it.

I know it sucks! But sadly no way to ban him sorry. He would need to write it ingame that he dros on purpose.

That is retarded rule and he never goning to confess that in-game and also he looks like from Russian background so goodluck getting a confession in english.

DRoping on purpose ? you canot confirm that , it did hapen to me plenty times geting drop on games because internet ! so till you guys can confirm that you are not the only players that is droping then should not get ban !
