If you have 4 Jacksons, what's your army composition though? I have done that too, but i had 3 Jacksons, 1 Pershing, 4 Riflemen, Major, ambulance and 1 Rear Echelon Squad. Barely reached 105 pop cap, my squads had been chopped though, i had 2 rifle squads with 4 members each. Another time i did the same thing but with the M10 tank destroyer. Same infantry composition, but i had 6 M10s. Again, my pop cap reached 110/100. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: how to fix the american population exploit?9 Apr 2019, 11:12 AM You can barely reach 110/100 pop cap as USF, 50-60 is impossible. I have tried various builds and i can't get more than that. Each faction has a specific way to repair its armor, so i don't see where's the problem with USF. OKW gets auto repair with the mechanized HQ (or whatever the name of the building is). Furthermore, you can also use Recon Support for the Greyhound (yeah it comes late on the field, i know) but it's very effective. As USF, you should occupy the buildings that Wehrmacht is going to use for their MGs, simply because their gameplay is straightforward. In: Strategy Desk
Thread: Why has the USF regular sherman become so bad...12 Mar 2019, 05:59 AM Sherman's AI is a whole different level on its own, especially when you get 2 Shermans, the party gets real. Yeah, sometimes you might hit a squad and it won't lose much hp (been there, done that), so i'm trying to figure out if it's more effective to target attack at the squad or attack ground. Against P4 it's pretty solid i can say. In my opinion and experience it's a 50-50% chance to win. The only thing i would like to have improved at this bad boi, would probably be the smoke. Maybe be able to fire it on the move, that's it. But in general it's a good choice. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Tank Crew (USF)11 Mar 2019, 20:30 PM If i remember correctly, tank crews for USF already have a small delay in order to exit their vehicle. I don't see any problem though. Aiming and shooting an abandoned vehicle is the exact same thing for all factions to do. In: COH2 Balance
