Say you were playing as Brits and you put your HQ truck on a +16 sector AND you upgraded the truck with secured resourcing AND you had a vet 3 captain in that sector AND you had Improved Command Vehicles from the Engineers tree, how much resources would that sector be generating?
Am not sure which boni are cumulative but if we assume all are you would get something like this:

Note:

As far as i know at least Improved Command Vehicles and Secured Resourcing are cumulative. But not sure about the Captain´s boni.
