I only pointed out a major design flaw of theirs. I also don't see the point in you being an Allied fanboy, I play all Armies equally, well, except for the Soviets since I don't like communists but that's another matter... Like I said it's just my opinion so no need to hint at me being a scrub or starting to compare units which I talk about for the sake of an argument. problem is alot of scrubs in this forum seem to think that okw is UP (which it clearly isnt)...and ask for all sorts of buffs to what is already the best faction ingame (statistically speaking)... which youve gotta admit is kinda ridiculous as for the major design flaw let okw at least keep that flaw... every other faction has a major flaw and it would be kinda broken if okw were not to get such a flaw... Specifically it's the case of their AT gun, the Raketen, failing to meet it's mark that's the overall down pour of the Army in my opinion. That and all of their heavier vehicles like the KT, JT and Sturmtiger feeling crippled, again, at least to me. This is just what I personally think from my experience with them. OKW is not UP nor OP... buffing okws main weakness would lead to its dominance over the meta AGAIN... anyone who says okw is UP is most likely just a scrub... also the JT is not crippled... and the KT is just as crippled as the IS-2... Thread: Do volks need some nerf? If so, how?27 Sep 2018, 14:39 PM well penals trade well vs volks... its the cons-rifles-IS that dont trade well against them... but its not a sign that volks should be nerfed... rather its a sign that cons rifles and IS should get buffs... In: COH2 Balance

All Allied squads (even the four-man British squads, somehow) can close in directly into enemy fire without losing a single model, get into the same cover as an Axis unit, and wipe the Axis unit. In a game where units can't see more than five feet over an open field due to some kind of congential pseudo-blindness and where Allied infantry is allowed to ignore enemy fire while having the "advantage" of winning in close range against every enemy unit, units that have slightly higher accuracy at range are not advantaged in any way -- if they dealt extremely lethal, high DPS at long range, forcing Allied infantry to flank and use line of sight for fear of being shredded within half a second of being exposed to long range fire (same way Axis infantry is shredded within half a second of being exposed to Allied close range fire), then you'd have an argument, but that's not how it works. If they rush in thru open ground to get to midrange then use sturmpios to dissuade them... Kubelwagens are also useful tools for making models drop before they get tk midrange... Volks can lay sandbags to prevent them from bleeding as heavy in the event the rifles do get to midrange... Lastly Okw has a 70% winrate against usf and ukf soo regardless of ur argument okw is empirically NOT UP... its UKF and USF which are UP In: OKW Strategies

If so, how?26 Sep 2018, 16:56 PM Tbh i think its less of volks need nerfs but more of rifles and IS need buffs... okw already seems to be in a good spot vs sov... nerfing volks would break the faction balance... Id say felix has a point on this one... rifles and IS to 270 (and partially revert that ridiculous IS nerf... theyre just worse grenadiers now) In: COH2 Balance

I just like the variety of grenades as you can throw a grenade for every single thread you could smoke your escaping vehicles or blobs/hmgs and throw molotovs on cover positions/he on flanked teamweapons to annihilate them.
