I don't think 50-60 (let's say 50 because of how incredibly easy it is to rank the Offizier up to vet 1) munitions is a drawback at all for a guaranteed retreat on a key unit like an HMG or an elite squad (or just any squad) without having to fire a bullet (or more importantly, not having to receive any), when that allows you to win the fight and take map control. It turns munitions into saved manpower and more map control. It's a much safer investment than grenades for example.

You can't use the officer properly + equip your Füssiliers until late in the game. It doesn't have very good synergy because without the G43 upgrades Füssiliers are horrible. And you don't want to use more than 1-2 Volks either because Füssiliers are just better long term. I find that frustrating when using this doctrine tbh.

I made some drastic changes to improve the map.

- Reduced width by around 50m because some people felt the map is too big. That will give it a VP to VP distance of around 200m which is below average compared to the 2v2 map pool. The base to base distance will be around 280.

- Slightly changed the camera angle to make it less north/south. I also feel like this improved the visibility of units behind groves and makes it easier to keep an overview of what is going on.

- Added a house on the right side next to "safe" VP to mirror left side. This house will act as a defensive strongpoint so when a team is struggeling for map control being tripple capped can be avoided easier.

- Changed the sightblockers, map is a bit more open now but will open up a lot more than before because I made a lot of groves destroyable by either medium or heavy tanks.

- MGs and AT-guns should be strong on the right side now. The village side remains more suitable to close and medium-ranged infantry in the early game.

- Fuel cut-off has moved to the middle of the map. This allows a team to work together and push through left or ride + middle together and cut-off the enemy's fuel + securing 2 VPs and 2 muni points. Splitting up and going for the sides individually is still a possibility though.

My newest creation is set in the Ukraine. On one side you have the mighty Donezk river with a castle and on the other farmlands with large wheat fields and a railroad.

- All VPs contestable, fuels relatively safe but cut-off can be vulnerable, munitions in central position to give players a chance of either going for both sides or one middle and one to the side



The castle area is a little bit more close-quarter oriented while the fields are more open.













Any testing would be greatly appreciated.

AOD has already been tested so many times in the UTT test tournaments, I feel like the other maps deserve testing more, but that's just my opinion.

Otherwise very good idea to give mapmakers a chance for feedback.
