Civil war is always bad. Ukraine want go into EU, but EU don't want see Ukraine in their composition. Poland never agree, due to different opinions about Ukrainian nationalist, who are killed many poland people in WW2, while in Ukraine they are in official level treat as heroes who fought for Ukrainian independency. Russia also don't want see more USA bases on borders.
IMHO this war, more question about USA vs Russia, neither something else. I think, Russia continue support Donbas, while USA Ukraine. Especially, if Zelenskiy could give to Trump incriminating evidence about Baiden. And Trump could win next president chair. But if Trump will get impeachment...i don't envy to Zelenskiy, if he gave any info about Baiden.

How much you see ISU in 1vs1? If you have ISU+t34. it means that enemy have tiger and p4 (or maybe 2 panthers).
For 90 fuel tank, Ram costs too much and give not adequate result. Imagine, if your blietzkrieg ability have 5 sec shock after it end. When t-34 had cost 60 fuel, i think ram was ok. But not when 90 fuel tank becomes metall trash after ability used.

you compare here a t0 unit vs a t1 unit which need a separate building. and you compare a 4model squad vs a 6(7) model squad. There are plenty advantages to have high model squads (merge cons with teamweapon on front, dont get unlucky wipes, can easily recrew weapons and have 3 models left(grens often cant recrewing because one model was killed))
Cons need separate upgrades to AT-nade and molotovs, that both cost like T1 OST building IRC. With OST T1 you got mainline infantry that work without any sidetech from early to late game. No one will be play through cons without at least AT-nades. About recrewing - yes, but SU have only one viable team weapon that you can see every game through T2 - zis gun. Also as was shown in recent topic about suppression mechanic - bigger squads got suppression faster than smaller.
Cons have worse RA than grens and when grens get their weapon upgrades, they die like flies. You need wait until your T4 will be deployed to upgrade them.

At nade that immobilized and destroyed the gun of both tanks....
From one side:
80 fuel medium tank vs 200+ fuel heavy. In old times it was OP as f..k.
While i agree, that destroy gun for healthy heavy or other tanks is too much. But it will be good, if Ram work as regular snare and could destroy gun, if health pool of rammed tank decreased below 25% (or another level) after ram. Ram always do 160 damage (like 1 shot from ATG) to both tanks and it don't destroy gun, if health of P4 is 320 (50%). |

Only one faction in COH2 have 2 stock mainline infantry units: Soviets. After WFA, nerf maxims and cons, we've got situation when SU to become playable faction got strong "WFA level" mainline infantry. And penals becomes this uhit. They are passed through many changes and tweaks. But now, i think, SU must get, like other nations, only 1 mainline infantry unit - cons. All possible soilutions about penals, IMHO, should get support from T1, not any sorts of mainline infantry.
I think there are few options:
1. Redesign penals
2. Replace penals by other unit
Redesign
Penals should, IMHO, become unit closer to Pgrens in terms of design (closer to support unit, not mainline infantry). Close combat upgrade and dedicated AT upgrade.
Starting as 4 mens with 2 ppsh and 2 svt, 280 MP. Could get next upgrades:
1. Close-combat package (60 muni): +1 ppsh and flamethrower with regular satchel, will get +1 man with SVT when T4 is deployed or Mobile Reserve purchased in T3, get molotovs from molotov upgrade.
2. AT-package (75 muni): get 3 PTRS rifles (1 ppsh is still remain), ability Like brit sniper have (shot to weak points), ability like guards have (bonus to sight and range, but becomes unmoved). Get at-satchel from At-nade upgrade. Will get +1 man with mosin when T4 is deployed or Mobile Reserve purchased in T3.
Replace
The most hardest way, in my opinion. If T1 don't have any "main" unit, it will become dead tech structure. Only fews will be build T1 to get sniper and M3.
Possible units:
1. Officer - strong unit, limited to 1 squad, cost 360 MP. 5 mens - 2 ppsh, 2 mosins and 1 nagan. With vet all squad get ppsh (officer still have nagan).
- Frag grenade
- "Commander spirit" - passive aura, decrease time of recharge abilities to units. CE build faster buildings and barbwire with mines.
- "Inspire" - work like the same ability fom kv-8
- "Coordinated barrage" - all zis-guns and su-76 start to barrage in choosed area.
- "Overwatch" - significantly decrease time of production and time of reinforce when activated in main base sector. Need some time to work on full speed.

T3485 should have smoke. It have smoke chargers on rear.
While t3476 APCR shells coud have less range or very bad accuracy on long range (like it was in reality, all APCR shells used only at 400 meters or closer, their scatter were very big from 400 meters)- that make from them good flanking tools for close battles. Also it should be timed ability, like OKW HEAT shells, to reflect that these rounds were rare. |
But what about attacking enemy infantry by tank? It's better use default attack or try to use attack ground to hit on center of squad? |
1. I very often see that some pro players use attack ground when attacking enemy. It have pros? It don't get some "debuffs" to accuracy when you shooting to ground instead of enemy squad?
2. There is bug that from attack ground you can shoot to enemy rear armor from frontal. But what better try to use attack ground or use default attacks? |
Just replace faust on demo, like paras and CE have. IT's better fit to diversion troops neither antitank weapon. |
AT partisans and AT cons are AT specialsits with nades and AT handheld. and cost under 240mp.
Fallies are AI specailsists with a panzerfaust and cost 340mp. I dont see the big difference here.
what do exspect from a cheap squad? AI and AT specialkste with camo? comon.
fallis can only faust...and dthan must retreat. no AT specialist or something.
If AI specialist with camo have access to snare, could AT specialists with camo have access to bundle nade? I don't ask about fisrt strike AI bonus to enemy infantry adn longrange AI. Just bundle nade. |
