Thank's to Vamp, which posted this video in other thread. You can see hier good icons for units (even snow animation on them), different 1 vet. for soviet infantry and good T-34. The only thing which confusing me, is russian double head eagle in the end.

I can't say, that USSR weak. But IMO USSR T1 and T4 have problems.

T1
T1 looks like appendix. I am still sure, that T1 should be removed, and units from it replace to another Tiers. For example:
T0 (HQ) - Engineers, Conscripts, M3A1
T1 (Previous T2) - M1910,PM-41, ZiS-3, Sniper
T2 (Previous T3) - No changes
T3 (Previous T4) - Penals, T-34, SU-85, BM-13. Penals have some of their vetbuffs moved to stock.

T4
Units from T4 are mostly non costeffective.
T-34 is peace of crap, it can missed in very-very-very close combat, have weak armor and speed as another medium tanks. Concept of suicide tank for low price is good for doctrine, but not for unit from top tier of faction. #T-34CallInT-34-85NonDock
SU-85... I think it need rebalance. It shoot fast, but don't penetrate often. And its price is close to price of M36.
BM-13 I don't see any big problem hier, maybe only increase AoE a little bit.

As much of you know, i don't like 3D-models of USSR and Wehrmacht vechicles. Also, all of you know, that Relic have no planes for upgrade this models to USA,OKW and UK level. But i find easy way to upgrade some of them. So, let's start:

axis Wehrmacht axis

SdKfz 251 - Take 3D model of "Stuka Zu FuB", remove rocket launchers and add flame-throwers from old model.

Ostwind - just replace Ostwind hull on new PzKpfw IV hull, which have better textures and much better model of chassis.

Brummbär - just raplace his chassis on chassis from PzKpfw IV.

PzKpfw VI - Replace it's chassis on SturmTiger chassis.

soviets USSR soviets

M3 Scout Car - just replace M2HB model on new M2HB model from USF and maybe remove rear M1919 (or replace it on new M2HB too)

M5 Halftrack - Take USF or UKF M3 halftrack and add TO HIS 3D-model ability to upgrade AA-turret, which we take from old model.

T-34 - just replace it's hull on T-34-85. In real life they have the same hull, but in the game they have some discrepancys.

If you have another ideas, how easy improve 3D-models of East Factions, post them hear. I hope something from this will be add to the game, or will be grand remodelling of East Factions .

You know guys, it is funny. T-34 - weapon of victory, tank with a number of innovations. Tank, combined good armor, powerful engine and all-purpose main gun was implemented as peace of shit, which used only because USSR has nothing better. Like zergs.
Sherman was mass produced too (second after T-34), but in game this is very good tank with realy all-purpose gun, good armor and equal speed.
I am still sure, if you put T-34 as mainbattle tank for USSR, it should be bring in the line with Cromwell, M4A3 and PzKpfw IV!
As 4v4 player (best team rank 150), i can say, that T-34 spam don't working, but cromwells spam do. In reality of CoH 2 quality more important than quantity. You can counter T-34 spam with schreck blobs, PzKpfw V, Pak 40/43 and etc. All this stuff Germans have or can have when T-34 is out.
