How is it possible? He is a community manager, his job - speak with community, take feedback from it.
His job - solving problems like that. He is the face of Relic and the only way to communicate with Relic. When people don't understand what's going on with tournament, why one people were invited and other weren't - he must(!) give answer and describe, how Relic choose people for tournament. Is it so difficult?
Do your job well, or don't do it at all.
