If that's correct then it matters greatly, since obviously there are more less than desireable values for the su85 than the stuG As far as I know linear scatter is value between distance x scatter ratio-0 any values above scatter distance max are rounded to scatter distance max. Scatter distance max is an upper limit it does not really matter if it scatter more 0.5 which is the AOE. What matters is the scatter ration and it is the same at 1. Higher scatter value also help the weapon has a better chance at collision hits. In: COH2 Balance

It is not, Su-85 is more cost efficient than Panther vs mediums (and heavies). The fact remains SU-76 is OP. In: COH2 Balance

Just because it the most cost efficient way it does not mean it is bad at it. Compared to the performance of the SU-85 and the cost differences, Panther should it mediums for breakfast. Same with StuG vs panther. Then Su-85 needs to become less effective vs mediums same as the Panther and Stug. Once more SU-76 is OP, its far penetration is too high, its barrage is too spam-able and XP value too low. In: COH2 Balance

It was repurposed to kill literally 3 Units and compared to previous Iteration vs meds, it is bad, considering how powerful when vetted it was vs meds. Accuracy does not Play such a major role when you can shoot 5-6 shots in the same duration as you can shoot 3 now. You really are massively overestimating accuracy impact of high rate of fire weapons for dps calculation. Check your math reload did not become 50% slower (0.70-0.78). And you are underestimating the changes in accuracy target size and rotation. A PzIV firing on SU-85 at max range has 45% chance of hitting a SU-85 and 22.5% while moving. Diving a PzIV to kill a SU-85 has become much more difficult. The argument the SU-85 is bad vs mediums is simply holds no water, SU-85 can fight the majority of axis armor effectively. Overall SU-85 is much more powerful than it used to be. In: COH2 Balance
