Wouldn't be surprising if one of the recent hotfixes broke it really at this point...
Agreed, I as a modder have noticed that I don't break as much stuff as they do lol, or if I do I can reverse it back and know exactly what's causing it.
Seems to me like Relic might be overshadowed and humiliated if a team of modders come in and actually fix the damn game, would probably take around a week.
Of course, they would need to talk about payment... I really don't think they'd expect somebody to do their work for them and NOT get payed. |

So wait let me get this straight, Relic are forcing (well, semi/soft-forcing sorta because of the Panzershreck) the OKW to use raketens, which are bugged, while giving the Panzershreck to a 300 Man power squad that gets wiped more often than flies? Damn Relic, you don goofed now. No wonder the OKW has been having a tough time since the update.
Altho I think they work perfectly fine in buildings altho I'm not sure as I'm not babysitting it all of the time, can anyone confirm they work in buildings? |

You have a point with Panthers and Brummbars but the first Tigers came out around 1941, Panthers to around 43 and I'm not sure about Brummbars, altho the Ostwind was also kinda experimental amd they had only about 50 of em, still both Armies have them. So in a sense the Wehr is representing the German Army before Kursk, that would also explain why they have the Ferdinand since their first combat was at Kursk, after that they get upgraded to Elefants with hull MGs and a few other things. |

On a more serious note, the Wehrmacht in this game is representing the earlier war German Army while the Wehrmacht in CoH was representing the late war one like the OKW is, as well as the PE, the PE was just more mobility/vehicle focused, not even "Panzer" focused as much as the Wehr was.
Either way, I have noticed the game being a lot less gorier so to speak as well but I remember seeing body parts flying here as well, just not as often so in the end, Idk, might be something from the settings.
Still, some new units (that are not late war and logically belong to the OKW's roaster) and some buffs are needed for the Wehr. |

i think i remember seeing someone smart (like cruzz) saying that arty friendly fire does only 25% damage.
this is ridiculous, since it rewards blobbing and careless play. arty should do full damage to both sides.
if your teammates decide to drop indirect on your base/buildings, then... pick new teammates?

But seriously, making arty more lethal to your Allies is going to be a troll/griefer's dream and this game isn't exactly a General Simulator so I suggest we actually DON'T stimulate more griefers and trolls to try to and shoot their teammates' units/buildings.
I know most of you won't believe me but once played with Janne (CheatMod creator) and he destroyed my base with around 10 or so land mattresses before they nerfed them in a single barrage while we were on the same team, said he wanted to see the damage it'd do, we were both Brits so...
But yeah, no need for that if you ask me, it would be better for realism for all arty to be doing the same damage to everybody but it would be better gameplay wise for Arty to be doing less damage to it's team's units and buildings. |
