Dont try too much with MGs vs such a build. Pathfinders wreck face in an open field engagement but they suck hard in a cover fight, so just make sure to use the map cover or build sandbags vs pathfinders. Kind of the same goes for the paras. You gotta do some decisive moves as OKW before such an opponent has his army composition finished. Flank the AT guns, push in hard with p4s and panthers, use smoke from ISGs or the recon plane (Luft doc). Airborne players usually lack snares. Or you can go try to rush pathfinder spammers with a very fast 221 from elite armor doc etc etc In: OKW Strategies |

Hi The HVAP ammo is loaded immediately upon activation. For example if you chase a light vehicle and you need to re-locate the AT gun right after it fired a shot (and didnt reload at all), you can activate this ability while the gun is moving and then it can fire immediately once it's setup again. It's a super niche situation but it still can decide between destroying a light vehicle before it escapes or not if you know this information In: COH2 Gameplay |

So I have noticed this issue quite long time ago already and always wondered if this is a bug or not... might as well make a thread about it Take a look on this clip: https://clips.twitch.tv/AstuteEnthusiasticOstrichMau5 You can see that the riflemen squad is ignoring Hans' movement command for several seconds before doing anything. I noticed that -when this bug/issue happens- it always does so when 1 or multiple models of the squad are crawling on the floor... just like in this clip. So maybe it has something to do with that. The crawling makes it unable for the squad to follow any command. I missed out on wipes or lost units because of this issue already since my squad took up to 5 seconds to react to something like a retreat command (and no it was not input lag in that case ) Is there someone who knows what can cause the crawling animation (outside of HMG supression)... is it explosive rounds? The best way to improve in CoH2 is to play all 5 factions. In this way you learn all of their strengths and weaknesses sooner or later... and what your opponent is doing to counter you. This also helps you a lot if you are playing the opposing faction. Don't wanna sound rude but if someone just plays 1 faction most of (or all) the time, he will never be a great player In: Replays |
