I don't think I can handle you from here cause you seem to have no idea at all of why ST is called as OP right now. I know exactly why you call it OP. But squad wipers that are very difficult to kill is not something new or exciting if you play a lot of ostheer or okw. this has something you have to deal with all the time but even i get somewhat frustrated when a random calliope missile kills an entire squad. But i do not find that a problem because a combination of flanking scouting and dodging you negate most arty. The same goes for the ST. So do that and you will be fine. In: COH2 Balance

Strange because the last time I checked they both have non-doctrine rocket arty while USF & UKF needs to pick commander to get one. It's a well known fact that axis arty have less range AOE damage and fewer missiles every barrage, so their squad wiping potential is limited. But ok since you fail to understand what im saying, compare the ST with the AVRE and you will realize that the AVRE is far more dangerous then the ST. Its turret allows it to make maneuvers that the ST cannot make. And if you think that 2 pupchens in the rear are obnoxious, then you have not seen the 17p emplacement and AVRE combo. In: COH2 Balance

You also littered the thread, because some people lost some brain cells reading your arguments and expressed that very vocally. The point is, that there is no point in proving you anything. Peace. You have to prove me something because you are the one complaining about the ST. What im saying is that if you are playing OKW or OST you have to deal with the allied arty . Dealing with allied arty is simple l2scout l2flank and l2dodge. Same rules apply to the ST In: COH2 Balance

I pointed out that squad wipers that are unassailable like the allied arty have been in this game for a very long time that brits have their own ST in the form of the avre. But now the okw has something similar its suddenly a problem while the performance of the st has not changed much safe that it is no longer a liability while reloading. Sorry but my arguments are apt. the fastfire bug needs to go and it may need a fuel increase but beyond that it its perfectly fine In: COH2 Balance

Not sure what you expect Emotionally driven arguments do not count. I have been testing the ST for quite some time now and i find it to be very useful to use against artillery commanders, but against other play styles not so much. However artillery commanders are very popular against the OKW because the okw is less effective in dismantling the allied rearline compared to the ostheer. Until the ST came along. Most rage seems to be that tried and tested strats against the OKW suddenly didnt work any longer. But its not an i win button. Using an arty commander against the ST is the same s using an 152/kv8 against the panzer jeager commander. As some people pointed out, it can be destroyed. Could it use some nerfs? Perhaps a reduction to the hp by 160 and 10 fuel increase but thats it. Some people already want to make this unit completely useless with their heavy-handed suggestions In: COH2 Balance

The game has seen continuous change to minimize that over time. I have not seen many people lose squads to the ST but just like the avre the ST is very effective against unsupported AT guns and mg´s. ST has to lose much more than 160hp to be run around as carelessly. Honestly you're answer seem more like a troll than a constructive post. It only counters AT guns if the AT guns are not properly screened and sighted. Most people complain that it shoots outside the LOS. but thats their problem. In: COH2 Balance
