Rapid Conscription (Blobification) as an ability is ok, using it is a small risk tho, because you might not benefit from it at all, pretty much nothing wrong with this ability and it comes at the right CP
You just gotta throw your units at the enemy in a manner that is vaguely retarded and nigh impossible for them to not beat.
The hard part is not entirely giving up map control doing it, so you gotta do what was mentioned while pressuring the enemy sufficiently they don't just take over the entire map because you tried to make 18 individual men to die. |
The higher XP value and the high munition cost of S.P. is what in my opinion makes them worse than P.G...
Definitely, I'd see little reason to complain about them overall with those issues fixed. They have good points, but too many bad points are hurting their effectiveness. |
UKF being potentially denied their ATG strikes me as madness - the PIAT is nigh useless against a moving light/medium vehicle, and AT snipers aren't likely to hope to hold off say, a Luchs by themselves and will have no hope at all if one is not vet 1 by the time said Luchs comes by. No ATG for them to rely on AT emplacements would be making them be completely helpless against vehicles mid-game on many parts of the map where they don't have an AT emplacements. |
You are completely wrong. check your stats. S.T. gain veternacy slower than PG and their reinforcement cost difference is alot less.
You can load a cheat mode and check if you wish...
No, I am not saying that Storms in practice vet faster than PGs. I'm saying it is bad right now and possible other factors don't make it worse.
But you're right about the reinforcement cost difference, I managed to totally forget PGs got their reinforce cost reduced to 40% from 50%. |
The difference in reinforcement cost is (contrary to what has been said here) negligible.
The X.P. of ST is allot higher making them vet very slow compared to P.G.
You're going to tell me 101.25 MP to fully reinforce is barely any difference from 127.5 MP to fully reinforce?
I never really thought about that, but it definitely is kinda strange. Perhaps they thought a 270 MP-worth unit (which thus earns XP faster since XP from damage is based off the unit's value against their target's value) with upgrades comparable to a 340 MP platform would compensate. But a 65% higher XP requirement for Storms to vet over PGs is definitely out of wack. |
Storms aren't really that far from being worth it over PGs - Tactical Assault is excellence (especially with their cloaking) they have -0.05 target size, and they reinforce much cheaper. However, their StG upgrade is definitely overpriced and Wehrmacht infantry's vet 1 is especially unfitting on them so the fact remains using them is rough without a bunch of munitions. |

No more adding suppression to indirect fire please. I'd say a decrease in manpower cost would be the best, same for all howitzers as they are all trash at the moment. That way it isn't as devastating when they get destroyed.
Pack/ISG was definitely a disaster, but it was definitely they could always pin units. Static howitzers have a cooldown that would make it manageable and they also can't be spammed by mid-game...though I certainly wouldn't mind static howitzers being limited to one in return for making that one work great.
i had this idea about the B-4.
infanry sqauds once the B-4 is build can drop a flare(like UKF sections)
these flares will not callin a B-4 barrage BUT make the B-4 fire accurately where you drop the flare(to hammer specific targets to do a counter attack)
these way we give it the accuracy it needs BUT with counterplay.
