I think he's saying manual reload is a slight buff to all MGs, but the maxim feels that change the least because it's main fire without the ability is pretty trash anyway At vet 1 the ability's forced reload happens 50% faster. So I think it's mostly okay, they could maybe try making it that way by default if needed In: COH2 Gameplay

And maybe this achieves to actually make sense having the same looking upgrade on different squads but still reinforcing each of their roles as close range assault squad and long range support infantry. I like the suggestion on paper. The g43 is iconic and yet I feel like it's usually not great on grenadiers in current form, so anything that remedies that Im interested in But, they do have the sniper. Big issue there cause pathfinders and JLI are both on the only factions that don't have snipers. I want to like it, but I feel like the sniping could get out of hand I think it's good enough on PGs as is, but I agree you don't pick a commander for it specifically In: COH2 Balance

I don't speak for the mod team and I don't speak for the forum. I speak for myself Volks scale badly even with their upgrade, fusiliers are the exact opposite. That's the main reason it doesn't make sense to me that volks upgrade is 2 slots while fusiliers is 1 In: COH2 Balance

Just like you I hide my playercard and don't post replays (of myself) It is a fact that breakthrough is one of the most popular commanders in team games. Obviously JT is a big part of that, but fusiliers are too. The early game weakness is much easier to overcome when you have teammates Dude I'll fully admit I never use them in 1v1. Seems like a bad idea. But there are a lot of things in the game you can't use 1v1 that are totally viable in team games In: COH2 Balance

What? They do that for infiltration units just to keep them from spawning and immediately wiping things (as they used to do all the time).
