That is a very narrow way to look at buildings and USF managed to dominate the tournaments for years now without a super overpowered mortar. They still have the Pak howitzer. In: COH2 Balance

All this at better vet and lower scatter. And of course for a faction that shouldn't have a mortar in the first place. In: COH2 Balance

This of course is complemented by the fact that if the USF mortar is identical to OST mortar it's automatically better because Ostheer has 4 men squads and USF has riflemen. In: COH2 Balance

This is not how statistics work. 0.02-0.03 means 2-3% lower winrate. I cannot say for sure since I don't know the formula, but given the way the wr is calculated statistical error should be +/- 0. Also we had a whole day of tournament that really showed us Axis is in a really bad spot. In: COH2 Balance
